Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and had smiles on their faces when greeting us and the rooms were very well cleaned each day when we came back to the hotel after activities. Theres a 7-11 conveniently located nearby as well as a small supermarket - very handy. The area near this hotel is majority Muslim so hearing the calls to prayer in the evening was a beautiful experience and felt like another world. The only thing to note is it's a 20 minute walk to the beach from here but that was not a problem, just something to be aware of for anyone with less mobility. Overall I highly recommend staying here because the facilities for what you pay are excellent

The location wasn’t the best, we had to get grabs into Ao Nang but if you had a moped it would have been perfect.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable and the pool was very nice to relax at.

it is a bit further away from the main area of ao nang than it looks, it’s not a very walkable area so if you don’t have a bike you’re better off getting a lift down to the town as the walk is down the side of a main road

Only AC was in your room itself so was hot in other parts of hotel and took a few minutes to cool down since power and thus AC unit can only run in the room while you are present

Air condition
The hotel is located a bit far from the main part of Ao Nang. About 15 minutes walk to the night market. Taxi to the center about 100 bath per person. Clean hotel. There is a fridge. The air conditioning was a bit weak, and there is no shower curtain in the bathroom. During the shower the entire bathroom flooded. They provide towels, detergents. Hair dryer available. Hotel in the Islamic part. In the morning at 5 we were woken up by calls to prayer from megaphones. In the hotel you have to move around barefoot. Shoes are left at the entrance. The hotel staff deserve praise! Very helpful.

The nearby mosque could be noisy on occasion but nothing major. The location is great for quietness but a moped is required to get to Ao Nang beach and the night market.
The two ladies on the front desk were so kind and amazingly helpful. It was so easy to rent a moped through the hotel and also book boat trips if you wanted. The pool out the back was perfect for the amount of time we spent there. The room was spacious and the bathroom was good.

The hotel is a little far from the beach, so prepare to get a grab back and forth.
The room was nice and big. They had breakfast, laundry, and airport shuttle service. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was so kind and helpful!

The stairs? There's no lift but i'm still ok with it though. So for those who bring heavy stuff and have issues with stairs or pregnant or have kids, not a good idea to stay here. But other than that, it's a great place to stay.
The staff are nice especially the older lady in specs was super friendly and nice. Room was clean and great for the price. There's balcony, water heater, fridge, basic toiletries(not toothbrush/toothpaste), comfy bed, kettle and 2 cups, 2 bottled water, tv not much channel but who watch tv on a trip right? You got to leave your shoes at the lobby or at least carry it until you are at the main entrance below because cant walk around in shoes/sandals in the hotel. But floor is clean dont worry. There's halal food nearby and a mosque nearby to call out for prayer time. So that's a good spot for muslim people. Ao nang beach is about 5-10mins drive? Bolt car works better in krabi than grab car. Didnt get any luck on grab/bolt bike like in bangkok.

The location was a little bit far for the centre, but if you rent a motorcycle you will be there in 5 minutes
It’s a really clean and spacious place. The women at the reception are really kind and attentive. The room was big and clean. It has a spacious balcony. My stay was very pleasant. I recommend the hotel 100%!

Not immediately near Ao Nang beach but this could be a good or bad thing, depending on what you’re looking for. We managed to walk or get a taxi.
The staff were so so lovely! The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Pool was lovely too!

Due to the window vents in the bathroom some mosquitos can get in. Easily solved with some spray to kill them and keeping the bathroom area closed off.
Lovely staff always made you feel welcome. Large rooms with great air conditioning. Pool area was lovely and peaceful. Nice breakfasts.

It’s a bit far from the main area and I didnt like the narrow windows in the twin room. Made me feel a bit claustrophobic.
The hotel was flawlessly clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The pool is also very clean and kept well.

The wifi kept disconnecting and the mosque nearby woke me up every morning around 5.
Loved staying here! The ladies in the reception are so nice and the hotel is nice and modern. The location is a bit out of town, but only a short ride with Grab/taxi.

I would’ve liked if they had a water machine to refill but only a minor thing!
The staff are so friendly here and the property is lovely and clean. Room was also very big, although windowless. It’s a little far from the action which is good for noise levels for sleeping, but means you’ll walk to get to the beach.

Really liked here, 30 min walk until the night market, beach and city center, very calm area. Had a good night sleep. There is a pool at the hotel. Quite spacious rooms. Will come back
