Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Air Conditioning was so freezing at night that I caught a cold,which spoilt my stay a bit.
Great location. Close to the beach and bars,yet quiet. The staff is super friedndly. Snacks came in handy. Shampoo and soap was provided. The owner even game me a little present for Christmas. So sweet! I wish they knew English a bit better,though it wasn't a problem.

It’s a minor thing but the beds are super loud so any twist or turn is heard by everyone. Also, the night light may as well be a light for the entire dorm.
I liked how close it was to everything but still far enough away if you wanted a good nights sleep. The staff were brilliant, helping to organise trips and offering suggestions on where to eat. I also really appreciated the suncream, repellent and snacks they offered and use of an ocean bag for my trip.

Nice place to stay on phi phi, value for money. When u arrive the guy in the reception offers u a water and banana or cookie, location was perfect!!

Everything was amazing.

I liked everything.
Location, facilities and customer service. They provide coffee, bread, water chocolate cookies and sunblock 🧴 everything is free 🆓. I love this place.

On the final night a girl in the room brought someone home and was very loud in the bed waking the whole room. Nothing was done about this unfortunately
Owner is so friendly, free snacks & light breakfast. As well as free bug spray, suncream. Owner offered me to use a dry bag for my boat trip. Bed was comfortable and place kept very clean.

In the booking, the hostel looked okay but it was far better than I expected. It's a very small two bedroom hostel but the rooms are extremely clean and nice. It is right next to all the partying but the hostel is very quiet and everyone was respectful. The employees were the absolute sweetest and made sure we had free water, fruits, cookies and coffee all the time. I absolutely recommend staying here.

The staff were so friendly and kind. Provided free water, mosquito spray, suncream, hair masks etc. there is free bread, bananas, biscuits and hot drinks. The staff come in every day and clean the dorm and the bathroom. The room is very basic and the bunk beds are quite old looking, however the kindness of the staff and the excellent staff make this place very comfortable and I would stay again😊 the staff even tidied our beds and folded our clothes for us!

Beds were quite firm
Good location near Loh Dalum beach but still quiet at night unlike the beach front places. Staff were very nice, cleaned the room and changed sheets every night which is unlike most hostels.

It was a really nice hostel! They clean the room everyday and make your bed. You get free water bottles throughout the day. The owners are also very nice. He saw that my bag was broken and offered to make my bag for me. Just very nice!!

Beds were a bit hard
The people who run it are so lovely, the rooms and beds were cleaned daily, overall an amazing hostel! Also best wifi I’ve probably ever had in my life. (300mbps upload and download)

Fantastic place to stay for a few nights! It I located close to party place, but far enough to not hear the loud music! It was quiet, had a great sleep. It’s clean and well maintained! There is a shampoo in bathrooms! Hairdryer and lots of things included! Sunscreen, mosquito repellents, I got poncho for rain, light breakfast, water.. All you need is there, also ask for tours and transfers! Amazing place! Thank you 🙏🏻

The bed was a little hard, but that’s the only thing!
I absolutely loved my stay here! I was originally booked for 2 nights but I extended to 4 🤪 The staff at this hostel are super friendly! They provide complimentary sunscreen & insect repellent, and allow you to borrow snorkelling gear & umbrellas! So generous and accommodating 💖 The location is perfect- really close to everything, but quiet during the night. Definitely recommend ✨
