The beach benches situation was not good with approx. 50 seats (including the bean bags). A lot of people just use towels to reserve the benches early but didn’t use for half a day. Once we went at 8. 30.. there is no bench available but of course only stuffs for the reservation.

The room was ok, clean and comfy. Some parts might need to be refurbished and cleaned as it looked old and run-down. Breakfast was good, a lot of options with European and Asian food. One recommendation, the hotel should give the fresh juices. The juices provided were super sweet syrup with water. Beach/pool and water were great.. nice view and the water was good. Services: Staffs are nice and helpful. Special thanks to “Pepe”, he really has service mind. always pay extra attention to the guests, not only us but overall.

The property does care a lot about environmental compliance. All the staff are very careful and friendly, they want make your stay unforgettable which is very close to our feeling. Impressive organic garden with a lot of beautiful delicious vegetables used at the kitchen.

The o my thing that was hot at breakfast was the eggs, freshly cooked, the toast, you did yourself and the coffee, you did yourself….. the bacon etc etc was all cold

Extremely clean, trained staff, family friendly resort, for me the only one on Samed. beach Club, great food variety, breakfast offers for each culture their food, chinese, thai, western, egg station. You can sit inside or outdoors in the shadow.

During the breakfast, I felt watched as if the staff there was instructed to watch non European looking people as if they may steal the cups and plates. Overall the breakfast was good and much variety.

Meal and drinks service were too slow. There were 100s of staff but actual chef and bartenders were low in numbers so it took a long time to get even a bottle of water

Some of the rooms are actually far away from the others - try to stay in the deluxe or premier deluxe if possible.

Beach is prime. Poolside accommodations the best.

Great location. Just outside the main town square. The island is a microcosm of Thai life. Big and small enough.

The rooms are not very sound proof. Having a room above us, we could hear other guests walking, closing doors, and voices. The no smoking policy is not very effective either. Although the rooms have no smoking signs in the rooms or anywhere in the vicinity, guests were allowed to smoke on their balcony.

Bar closed very early for a 4* vacation hotel (10:30-11:00). Could do with a small night bar.
