Wr are returning customers. We live this hotel location and the hotel in itself. We came durinv covid time and see that business is back to normal with much more staff, better buffet and some renovation done. Great place for nocr beach and nice evening choice of food walking distance

They had some construction going on but they only worked during the day and they covered up the areas very well. It wasn't a problem at all.

Breakfast and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. The hotel was very accommodating and made our stay feel special...which, it was.

The hotel is well maintained and offers so much variety in room styles and pool choices. The location is outstanding. Choice of a small, private beach that offers nice snorkeling opportunities or a large white sand beach. Will be my second home.

For the first time I have nothing I did not like about the property.....a little pricy but worth every penny

The beach was large and very clean, the breakfast was excellent, something for everyone and all the best quality I have had so far at any resort. The room was very comfortable, more than large enough for two people.

The pool and the fitness center close so early.

Rain every day (in Germany we miss rain for month), normaly at night and in the morning. But nethertheless not lonely in the nice resort, rooms and in the warm sea. Breakfast was very nice (with wonderful rain some meters away). Interior design of the bathroom was impressive (I would like it to be the same at home).

Did not appear to have its own pack of residential stray dogs like many of the other bars. The fitness centre was sparse but better than nothing.

Loved the Deluxe Premier pool and the location. The room was spacious and the staff couldn't have been more helpful.

The main issue we had was the extremely poor Wi-Fi. Hotel could do a lot more to improve this. Drinks and food at the hotel are very much over-priced.

Our so called Delux room is not a Delux room, more like a 1960’s shed with a shower and bed, I seriously would not put my dog in there, avoid at all costs, you need to stay in the Delux Premium room for a more comfortable stay.

It is too big and lack a bit of the Thai vibe. Just look like a modern hotel that could be situated anywhere in the world. We stayed at three other hotels in ko samet and this was the most expensive but the one we liked the least. I prefer more beach front. But if you like a typical, modern hotel complex, this is the one. The furniture in the balcony was hard and a bit uncomfortable. The beautiful lamp did not work on the balcony. If the price was lower, it would be ok but still no favorite.

The breakfast had a lot of different food, very varied. Nice pool with beautiful palm trees at the Deluxe area and fitness/gym. Friendly staff. .

You can (and we did) order room service, but there is no place to sit and it. Plenty of space, but no table/chairs in the room. No fresh coffee machine in the room (only instant coffee) Quite expensive for what you get.

We were family of 4 adults i the hotel for 5 nights, my score for the hotel is 7/10, I will add the detail of our experience, The breakfast is bad !, the staff at the breakfast does not do their job properly, the hotel saves on food and does not fill what runs out if you do not tell them, a lot of food including the bread rolls and the white bread run out an hour before the meal ends, 5 meals out of 5 with the same problem, we needed to arrive early in the morning Just to have time to take food before it runs out, my score for dining room management is 2/10 !!!!! It's really bad!!! We took two deluxe Premier rooms with access to the pool (103+104), this is the best room in the hotel, I would give the room a score of 10/10 even though it was expensive. The location of the hotel is excellent, really close to the center but far enough for it to be quiet, the hotel beach is excellent, the pools are excellent (we looked for bar in the pool but it closed during covid and didn't reopened, for the location and the surroundings I would give 9/10, The service and staff in the lobby are excellent, including the room service staff, perfect staff.

Beds were really hard, beach was pretty but there quite a bit of trash in the water. Winkks restaurant service level was very, very slow. Food was average.

We booked a de luxe bungalow which was not what we expected it to be for the price we paid. Quite old & outdated . Good amenities but poor accommodation !

Beds on the firm side, rooms a bit sparse and dated overall. Spa, while nice enough, was mediocre and overpriced when it comes to the massages. Restaurant staff are utterly hopeless, can’t count how many times during our stay our order was missed or just late. Very very expensive for what you get.

Nice location along the beach. Overall it has all the facilities you could need. Multiple pools are nice, gym is ok.
