Didn’t like that there were so many Israelis in the hotel (and in Koh Samui in general). They were very loud and obnoxious. We heard a lot is screaming, shouting and disturbance in the room next to us and in the hallways (loud adults and screaming kids).

Big rooms with a private swimming pool. We had a beach and ocean view, which was great. Breakfast was fantastic with a la carte menu. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was walking distance to the main entertainment area.

Amazing location beach front and walkable to many restaurants and stores in Chaweng. Great staff. Breakfast every morning was great. Nightly activities. Fire show Was a highlight. A lot of walk to on the beach

We are vegetarians. Staff at breakfast was very pleasant. They made special food for us by request. Oh is the best at the restaurant! When you see her, say hello and ask to show her poodles:)

The hotel was perfect to relax, and to clear our head for my husband, my son and me. The staff was great, the breakfast and the choice excellent, the room was very spacious and comfortable.

There was some of the other hotel guests playing loud music in their rooms but once alert the hotel’s staff, they make sure to take care of the issue immediately! Well , we understand that people like to have fun and it’s normal, so since it was all under control, it wasn’t an issue that ruined our stay ! We still enjoyed it so much !

All perfect regarding hotel and beach. The cleanliness and color of the sea was not the best we experienced in Thailand but it's not a fault of the hotel. Probably the wind direction and the sea current during our stay was the cause. Using the Kayak (free!) it was possible to find cleaner water.

Everything perfect in particular the room and the customer service. Great in room dining/drinking experience. Everyone always smiling and ready to support. Extremely recommended.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in. Ever :) Very modern architecture, the best part is that everything looks exactly like in the pictures that we have seen online before arrival. Staff was absolutely wonderful, food and breakfast selection superb, beach area - the best spot in Chaweng. Highly recommend this place.

Lovely rooms with great swim out pool on the top floor. Breakfast was exceptional and a lovely setting right on the beach. Rooms were cleaned twice a day which was really nice and plenty of drinking water was provided. We really enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The water flow in the shower constantly changes in pressure and temperature. The pool bar and the spa are quite expensive.
