air conditioners noise inside the room. If you are elderly the path from the main road is somewhat 45 degrees and hard to walk.

The view is stunning. The pool which is close to restaurant! And the staff is really friendly, especially Mate, he is everywhere and was helpful every single day. Location is in the middle of both Lamai beach and Samui central.

Bit too far away from anything to do. Also nothing to do in the hotel. Traditional style hotel, if you like that sort of thing. Food was good in the restaurant.

It’s a an outdated resort, location is high up in the hills so only way to go somewhere is with taxi or scooter. The rooms were not cleaned well and there was a lot of moisture in our room. We got sick from the AC cause you can’t lower the settings. The restaurant was nothing special. WiFi was weak and cellular was not working most of the time.

The location has an amazing view although if you do want to explore the island it is a bit difficult. Nothing much else to complain about. I have seen reviews about people commenting on the outdated pool furniture, it seemed fine to us!

We had a great stay here over new years. It is situated at the top of a hill so you are gifted with a beautiful view, however it is a bit of a journey into either Chaweng or Lamai and can get expensive if you don't have a scooter. The rooms were lovely and so were the pools, there are about 4 pools with a sea view! I would recommend for a short stay.

Nothing bad about this place. It’s 3*, a bit outdated, gym is super old, so I would not say it’s there at all. Location wise - it’s on top of the hill, a bit on a side from main beaches or main spots, so you need to have a bike. If you have a bike- it’s not an issue at all, as driving distance to all main spots is short. I would easily stay there again. Nice place & nice people.

Very nice hotel. We had a sea view room and it was very beautiful. View from restaurant is also wow! Internet is good. Cleaning was ok. Breakfast was the same, but it’s ok.

The road to the hotel is very steep. The location of the hotel is a bit out of town and you have to rely on a taxi/scooter to explore the area. We had mold in the silicone joint in the shower and a spider in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not very varied. The hotel manager was very pushy with us at breakfast and made inappropriate comments about our respective eating habits - felt harassed. When we asked him about his misbehavior, he became aggressive and loud.

Breakfast did not have many options and most of the times the trays were empty. Someone knocked at our door at 6am in the morning and opened our door at 8.30 on the first day.

The view from the hotel was amazing. We arrived at 11pm and there was not receptionist however the engineer of the hotel help us with the check-in. His english was not very good but we managed to understand each other.

I feel like it was beautiful back in it’s day but needs some love, parts were a bit run down. Ideally you need a moped to get anywhere as it’s too far to walk

the resort is quite isolated so you have to rent a motorcycle to go anywhere as taxi’s are super expensive or you need to walk down hill to the street. WiFi is mediocre as you need to enter password every time

Everything was great except the bathroom :( Only the bathroom was terrible because it smelled bad and the shower had little water. More than worse, the dirty water was running from the toilet and bathtub.

Really lovely accomodation! The view was the main selling point for us, the staff were so lovely and incredibly helpful. The only thing I would say is the hotel is very out dated like it’s stuck in the late 80s/90s but tbh we loved having the pool mostly to ourselves and it didn’t feel like it was to busy.

I ordered 2 evening meals on separate occasions, both times the food was cold. On our last nights stay there was a massive Cockroach in our bed, the staff don’t care they’re obviously getting paid peanuts. The whole hotel needs a complete refurbishment the showers are useless, I could go on but I can’t be bothered totally spoilt what was supposed to be a romantic getaway .😡😡

We were disappointed to see the spa services weren't fully operational, though you could book for a massage. The pool area didn't have the swim up bar operational while we were there in March, there seemed to be a shortage of staff. There wasn't enough tea/coffee supplied each day. One teabag each per day is not enough so I recommend carrying some extra supplies. The 7-Eleven was not far away and accessible by car or motorbike as Walking would not be practical along the highway connecting to the shops.

I liked that the minute I mentioned my bed was too firm the staff came ASAP and put a mattress topper on for me. The staff were very nice and organised a laundry service for us. I liked the fully cooked breakfast that was included in the price each day, overlooking the ocean and the fact they supplied two free bottles of water and tea/coffee etc supplies each day. The location was great, though you would need a car or motorbike to access as it is at the top of a very steep hill. We enjoyed the pool area, plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. They had a restaurant on board operating from 12pm - 10pm every day. We found it great value for money.
