The only minor criticism was the floor could be slippy in the room and nothing to dry clothes outside of our room.

Very peaceful at the quieter end of chaweng beach. Nice beach outside but could do with a few more loungers. Loved the little bowl to wash your Sandy feet before going in the room and there was a lovely calming scent around the hotel and in the room.

An older style resort, but well maintained with lush gardens. The restaurant and bar area is beach front and the food great. A big shout out to all the staff who genuinely make you feel like family.

Room 211 is right by the cleaning station so noisy, there was also a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain which wasn't great. Probably one of the least appealing rooms on site but fair for £50 a night. The rooms are not anywhere near as glossy as the marketing on Trip Advisor suggests.

Good value for money, breakfast very good, staff super friendly, location excellent. Nice bathroom and good storage.

Beautiful property located right on the beach. The breakfast was great, clean rooms, and quiet enough from the other hotels on the island but easy enough to travel around.

Nothing to do with the resort but the area had A LOT of musquitos.

We got a free upgrade to a luxe villa next to the beach (beach was beautiful and quiet). Best thing about this resort was the staff, super friendly, really made our stay amazing.

We stayed in 2 Grand Deluxe Bungalows. We liked: - great facilities, very comfortable bungalows - even amenities against mosquito was provided in the room - very friendly staff - they provide beach and pool seats for the guests - restaurant is delicious; for breakfast they offer a buffet with all you need (different kind of bread/pastries, eggs, Thai breakfast, homemade jams, cheeses, fresh fruit and juices etc) - directly next to it starts the beach road and within a few minutes walk there are a lot of restaurants and shops - 20 m from bungalow to beach or pool

The price for the family villa was a little high considering the season. More than twice the price of two separate villas. We were offered one villa right next to the office. Too small and too noisy. The second villa was the farthest from the beach and pool. Too small and too remote. Smoking is allowed at each villa so sometimes smoke is noticeable at our villa.

The larger family villa is right on the beach. Close to the restaurant and pool. Super friendly and hard working staff. The beach is perfect with clean sand and plenty of chairs.

ALL THE STAFF WERE AMAZING! SO SWEET AND KIND!! Beachfront location on very nice beach. Food at restaurant was surprisingly good! Most times hotel restaurants have disappointing food Breakfast was good w many options. Nice kitties on the property :) Room was comfortable and very clean.

Some may find the 30 minute walk into the centre a bit long, however we enjoyed staying around the hotel for a more relaxing holiday

Not really negative, it's just you're here at the end of the beach and it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center.

We really almost liked everything. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious and the staff super helpful and very friendly (always a smile on their face). The breakfast buffet is also good. The sandy beach (most beautiful of Chaweng) is clean as well as the swimming pool.

They didn't allow to even extend for 2 hours with hourly charges. They charge 1 day rate which is not fair

The rooms are nice. The staffs are extremely friendly and their hospitality has no words to describe. I remember Nik from the restaurant was very helpful.
