Hotel located on a beautiful beach. But the pools need renovation. Nobody used them, and that says something. Service very nice. But for this price I expected something more.

Paid for 3 rooms 5 people, however had to pay ekstra due to 3 of us wanting to stay in one room , struggling a little bit with staff about it ,

The rooms are quite worn out, there are no mosquito nets on the windows, and the air conditioning only works in ON/OFF mode—no quiet night mode.

The room is old, the mattress is not comfortable at all. The bathroom has no window or ventilation. The water in the shower does not flow strongly. The toilet flush pipe flows weakly! Problem with mosquitoes when sitting on the balcony.

Could do with a little bit of maintenance around the swim up pool, and also breakfast food needs to be covered as lots of flys on the food ! Did put me off and don’t eat most of it.

Rooms were a little basic and one of the ceiling lights you could not switch off at all which meant we had to take out the key for the electrics over night, meaning we couldn't have the aircon on. Our friends who stayed in another room had exactly the same issue.

Great location, lovely staff, amazing breakfast and so nice to have the beach on your doorstep.

You had to pay for cash for everything , unless you charged it to the room then could pay cash when leaving but we stayed there after checking out and had no more cash so was not able to eat or drink which was frustrating as they had no atms

The rooms were lovely spacious and clean, it’s only 5 minute walk to the town. Has a lovely private beach (this is this best part!) and the Laundry service is cheap and efficient!

The resort is quite far from everything, and the approach to it has an unpleasant smell. The nearby town feels deserted unless there’s an event or party happening. Mornings were often disrupted by the staff sweeping leaves at 7:00 AM, and the thin walls didn’t help with noise. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, which was a highlight of the stay. Overall, it’s a good value for money if you don’t mind the distance and some minor inconveniences.

Nothing much to mention really, nothing significant.

Fantastic stay and great service! They had an issue with electric and there as minor interruptions during our stay, they have gone above and beyond on everything. The receptionist staff are attentive and very helpful. Hotel is in a great location. Gym pool, breakfast were spot on. Would definitely come back again, thanks u guys!

The AC in the room wasn't really good. It was too cool all the time (although we tried to increase the temperature) and really on top of the bed which made it uncomfortable.

The "private" beach in front of the resorts restaurant was really nice, with a lot of beach pillows from the resort on the beach. It's a very nice spot for a relaxed stay at the resort, since they also have massages and two pools. The location doesn't have a lot of things outside of the full moon party dates. The breakfast also had a lot of options.

The WiFi was the biggest let down - it frequently couldn't keep up with demand and was too slow to be of any use. It would have been great if the breakfast buffet included an espresso coffee machine without purchasing extra.

The location and facilities were superb. The spa and massages were exceptional. The breakfast and restaurant were also great quality.

We did not like our bed. It was very uncomfortable and sheets kept coming off so we always woke up on a bare mattress. It is like two single beds were joined together and an additional thin double mattress placed on top. It was also extremely high and I am very short so not so easy. We didn’t like the fact that when you leave the room the aircon turns off. When paying so much, this is a bit of a disappointment.

The property is on the beach! The restaurant is lovely and serves a wide choice for all times of the day. Massage place is amazing. Beach is lovely. Rooms are a good size and shower works well. Fridge in room is helpful and aircon works well. Very pretty and access to two pools which are regularly cleaned. They can provide transfer services and can help out with ferry tickets. Less than a 10 min walk to Haad rin beaches for full moon party. Plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel. We enjoyed the stay

Main entrance to the hotel needs attention as it is only accessible through a dark and uneven alleyway. The hotel area is quite 'hilly' so difficult for people with mobility issues.
