From start to finish; amazing. Amazing staff from reception to housekeeping. Free room upgrade on arrival, super clean, super luxurious. Breakfast was great, pool super relaxed. Can't recommend it more, superb.

A gym would have been handy , but property size would make a fitness Centre unlikely

Having to leave the hotel.

I wish I could give this hotel 100/10. Everything was perfection and pristine. In fact, it may be the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The service was immaculate and literally every single thing exceeded my expectations from the level of security and kindness of every single member of staff. The hotel provides probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had and the menu is so carefully designed. The area is fabulous with many trendy cafes nearby and sporting activities. The rooms are large with incredibly comfortable beds and very clean (and I can be quite picky with this but they exceeded everything and I had zero complaints). I really do want to thank you all for making this such a beautiful stay in a city I truly adore! I’ll be back!!

I usually don't write a review... but this time I couldn't resist... I've been in a lot of hotels in my life... I don't remember ever being in such a perfect hotel!!! It's a fantastic new hotel, everything is just perfect, but everything!! Including the staff and the hotel manager!!!

Hotel Sensai was the best choice for my stay in Chiang Mai. The team at this hotel took such good care of their guests to a point where they would leave a little handmade gift in the room, every night of my stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the pool was the perfect addition and the food options were great.

We started the beginning of our honeymoon in this hotel a few days ago in Chiang Mai. Definitely an amazing choice. Excellent location, courteous, efficient and smiling staff, managed by the charming Pui who always took care of us and treated us well. A very romantic polished bedroom. We will come again!

Amazing hotel! Don’t think twice about staying here, it’s the best! We would come back here in a heartbeat. A beautiful, new, clean and well decorated hotel. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Exceptional service from the whole team. Breakfast was delicious with so many options and drinks to choose from. Best breakfast we’ve ever had. I loved the Thai Milk Tea the ladies suggested I try! And the fresh coconuts were a treat. We also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food was great both times. Cocktails were SPECTACULAR! A real highlight. There were 2-for-1 cocktails from 1-3pm every afternoon. Loved the pool area, so relaxing and a nice pool to cool off after a day of sight-seeing. Our room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities plus some complimentary drinks and snacks. The bed is so comfortable, the sheets and quilt so cozy, best sleep I’ve had in a long time. There’s an air purifier in the room. And the bath has a head/neck rest. They think of everything! We also got in room massages and they were great. Greta location with lots of nice shops and restaurants in Nimman. The cupcakes and cookies from A Pond Of Cupcake across the road are yummy if you have a sweet tooth!

Beautiful! Clean! Comfy beds, super staff! We were going to stay for longer but had to check out as a someone passed away in family while we were on holiday and we had to rush back! The staff were extremely kind and helpful in the situation and charged us for only our one day stay. Property is walking distance to best restaurant .. Black ! Which has Michelin standard food and we loved it! All cafes and massages are walking distance! We didn’t have a chance to visit any night markets or such as we had family emergency and we had to cut short our stay! But we will be back definitely!

My only trouble was got insects inside, but no much problem.. Maybe get a insect repellant to escape their bite.

Everything 😍 Especially the breakfast.. The staffs very helpful and friendly.. Safe environment and bigger junior suite room, sound proof with balcony and clean with bathtub and separate toilet and shower room .. Provide so many can drinks include beers and variety snacks as complimentary.. Clean the room everyday upon request.. Definitely will repeat my stay here and the location is just nice.. Nearer to most of places (10-15 mins) and easy to get GRAB (ard $3-5). It's like 10mins from Airport. Nothing much in walking distance to sight see but got cafes and restaurant and 7-11 in walking distance.

Well, it was not really the fault of the hotel, but I accidentally broke one of the coffee cups and I told the hotel about it, and I have had to pay. It was an honest mistake / accident.

This hotel clearly exceeded my expectation and this is my first time that I rate a hotel that high. I have been into many 5 stars hotel, but this is beyond that level. I would personally rate this hotel more than 10. Clearly, this hotel ( both the owner and staff ) has a good mindset and the hotel owner and staff is very passionate about their job. The breakfast was actually the best breakfast that I have ever tried, and it is clearly better than most gourmet restaurants and hotels. I never been in a hotel or resort that makes such an excellent breakfast. The room itself was super clean, spacious and also I like the design of the room with Asian influence, all the details of the room is made into perfection. Everyday the hotel gave small presents. Also, this hotel strive to do things better. Any issues that I have had was solved quickly by the hotel staff. This hotel makes me feel home.
