Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandShower floor is at a weird angle so water doesn't drain completely on its own, I guess it's a design flaw so not much can be done and it was a minor thing We were rather disappointed with the breakfast. We stayed here 6 nights, and on the first 5 nights the breakfast was mostly not fresh, then the manager Julian kindly asked for feedback so we fed this back, and the next morning we had fresh croissants and pancakes which was nice. I would have liked properly freshly squeezed orange/pineapple juice (the staff maintain that their juice are freshly squeezed but we know what freshly squeezed juice tastes like and it wasn't freshly squeezed). There was loud lousy music at a bar behind the hotel almost every night till midnight. From our room it was especially loud. We had to phone reception several times, who then phoned the manager of that bar to ask them to turn it down. Airport transfer is not included and quoted at a high price even though we stayed for 6 nights in the private suite which added up to a lot of money, but ok we did appreciate the Omakase offered from them as it was amazing. Bed was rather hard for us but it's personal preference Soundproofing to the neighbouring room is quite bad, we could hear our neighbouring talking on the phone very clearly and even preparing the bathwater
Room is really spotlessly clean with really nice beautiful layout Staff very nice and attentive, brought water to me without me asking everytime I was swimming which I thought was super nice Omakase is amazing Awesome pool Good WiFi

GermanyIncredibly nice welcome with a one-time welcome drink. The hotel is very stylish and modern, great design! We had a very nice, spacious room with everything that goes with a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was a big highlight, but the extremely nice and courteous employees remained particularly positive in our memory. Thanks to Julian and his team for the fabulous stay, we felt extremely comfortable! The location is super convenient to explore Nimman on foot!

Hong KongSensai Nimman is a hotel makes you feel like coming home. Julian is experienced in hotel management, his staffs serves guests not only with knowledge but heart. Room is good, specially the direct reach pool rooms. Thank you for Pui, Duen, Maya, Steven and Luang. Every time when I walked in the Lobby, I felt like coming home. And also Chef Sek, you are not only a chef but an artist. Me and my sister enjoyed so much your fascinating omakase.

BelgiumOur stay was only for one night and was absolutely divine! The only feedback I would like to give is that the 'loungey' music at the pool can be annoying if you have a room close to the pool. The music starts at 8.30 in the morning till the evening hours and can easily be heard inside the room, even with the doors closed. It would be better if the volume was lower or if the music was only on during the afternoon.
Great staff, great location. Spacious rooms with lots of eye for detail. Amazing bed. Loved the breakfast. Very luxurious hotel and the staff makes you feel very welcome. Quite a new hotel so not all taxi drivers will know the place (yet).

1. Manager Julian is an extremely attentive listener who respects customer feedback, and his handwritten welcome letter is truly touching. 2. The service staff are friendly and polite, always ready to assist. 3. The room amenities are modern, with a tasteful and practical design. 4. The breakfast is very abundant. On the first day, I wasn't sure how to order and mistakenly thought I could only choose one dish. However, on the second day, I figured it out and selected my favorite items from various options, thoroughly satisfying my appetite. 5. The coconut with the Sensai logo left an unforgettable impression.

TurkeyWe were a little confused about breakfast. Maybe the menu could be clearer.
It is a newly opened hotel in the Nimman area. The rooms are large, clean and modern. It has a very nice pool. The staff are very kind and friendly. I would especially like to thank Maya for taking care of us and the chef who prepares the delicious breakfast.

GermanyEverything was perfect!
Brand new hotel in Nimman surrounded by lots of coffee places, restaurants and shops. You can easily walk to the old town (about 20 minutes) or you take a taxi, grab or tuk tuk. The rooms and the whole hotel are modern, nicely furnished and absolutely spotless. The pool is super nice to hang out in after a long day of sightseeing. But the best part of our stay was the staff! Everyone (!) was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us a lot with booking the bus tickets to Chiang Rai and they are making sure that you enjoy your stay at the hotel. We felt so welcome that we extended our stay by two nights. We can highly recommend to stay at this beautiful hotel!

AustraliaLack of coffee pot at breakfast, limited choice and variety . Advertising as buffet breakfast.?? The temperature of the food. Additionally, in room dining is the hotels preference ???
The cleanliness, this hotel is literally brand new. So it's spotless. The staff go above and beyond. Polite and extremely helpful. We stayed in the pool access room, fabulous. Well stocked mini bar, bathroom has everything. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we even extended. Perhaps improving breakfast would be our only recommendation. The hotel manager, Julian, is excellent.

Breakfast was very good with superb and varied choice. Delicious and healthy. Location is also excellent, with easy access to the Nimann area. I especially like the comfortable beds and pillows. Most importantly, the service quality and the warmth of the staff was impeccable. Julian, the person in charge, was super -- very friendly and helpful, always on top of things.

United KingdomUnfortunately the issue is the noise. The hotel is on a main road with a lot of traffic noise & to one side is a very noisy bar. Opposite the Makro car park attendants blow loud whistles to direct cars from about 7am. As this was the second time we have stayed we bought ear plugs to sleep in and that certainly helped
