20 of us including small children. We had a truly fabulous time. Was perfect. Staff were all amazing. They ensured everyone was accommodated at such a busy time as best they could transfers and a private sundowner. Nothing was too much trouble. The place was Spotless and well maintained. Numorous pools one large with shade and swim up bar.  Lots of deck chairs everywhere.  Comfy beds large rooms with large fridges kettle bathroom condiments. Terrific food available and a huge buffet breakfast on beachfront.  Lotsa shady trees on beach. Walking distance to shops bars etc. Entertainment at various times. .

We had a bungalow on the beach the location was brilliant. The staff at the SENTIDO were the friendliest on our trip to Thailand and could we couldn’t have asked for more. Great location along the beach

This would easily be a 10 out of 10 but the sunbed situation was just so appalling- I’m talking broken old sunbeds with rife competition from 70 year old German ladies that are up at 6 and have occupied all the loungers by 8am! Also you’re not allowed to move the sunbeds into the sunny part of the beach like what the hell? We’re paying to be on the actual beach so it seems ridiculous to have to be in thick shade! Anyhow there should be more and nicer sunbeds. Also our room was a bit half assed like broken shutters, dodgy aircon, it’s just a bit overpriced for the condition of the room. They need to fix the cold drinks situation too. These are not big things but they’re easy fixes to make this a solid 10 :)

This is a fantastic resort right on the beach. The staff and the standard of service is incredibly high, both restaurant and cleanliness, possibly one of the best service experiences we’ve ever had including the reception. Beautiful decor and overall vibe of the place is excellent, stunning garden and very affordable restaurant. Food at the restaurant is also delicious. Shoutout to Anne from reception who was lovely and our cleaner apart who was great too.

The lighting in the room. There were plenty of lights around the bed and the open style wardrobe, but just one light for the rest of the room. As it's a large room, it made it difficult to see your belongings on the long counter top.

We booked a deluxe beachfront bungalow. The room was modern, large and spacious with a large bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was large, and included a shower and bath tub and the hot water was hot. There were plenty of hangers and a safe. The breakfast offered plenty of options and was excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is nicely laid out with plenty of pools and beautiful gardens. There are plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

Lack of variety of lunchtime menu.

Location was great hotel is right on the beach and hotel is within an easy 10 minute walk to centre of khaolak with an abundance of restaurants and bars.

Nothing major - just the glass between the bathroom and main room. There is a blind which we used, but just an odd feature to the room

room was large with lots of storage and a huge fridge. Beach was amazing as was the clean ocean. Only had breakfast on the first day and it was the usual hotel buffet with cooked egg options. The balcony was great to just sit out and watch the ocean. The location was great, just at the end of the srtip so you can walk to lots of restaurants etc. There are so many restaurants locally we eat out every day and loved our stay

Menu stayed the same every day and the food could vary in consistency. But on the whole, food was good. Lots of Germans stayed there, who were pleasant, but they did get up early, so know chance of getting a good sunbed by the beach or beach pool. However, there were always beds available, but just not in prime spots.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting, right on the beach. Staff very friendly. Lovely large comfortable beds and room Able to walk to nearby shops and many bars and restaurants Reasonably priced I loved sitting at the beach bar in the evening watching and listening to the sea. People seemed to keep to themselves, and a quiet hotel, which could be a plus or negative depending on what you're looking for . Mainly older clientele 60+ Good shower facilities to use on arrival or departure, but be prepared to share as their wasn't a lock on the door (womens bathroom). My daughter and I loved the hotel and area. We wanted peace and quiet.

Everything is great, our room is right to the beach, clean and quiet. The breakfast is really nice, lot of options. Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Plenty spaces at the swimming pool.

The room and bathroom (deluxe bungalow) were spacious with all amenities you could need. Very comfortable. Just to note, as it may not suit all types, is that the bathroom door is see-through. The pools were amazing. Huge breakfast spread available that was delicious. Great location, easy enough to walk to town and shops and nice long stretch of beachfront. Easily able to swim in the ocean in front of the resort.

Breakfast food was OK ( was very western though and slightly overcooked vegetables). The staff at the breakfast wasn't always very friendly. On some days there was long waiting time to get a table as they had many guests, the staff wasn't particularly helpful or quick to remove plates. Generally they could have been more attentive to the guests. I feel like if you pay nearly 30000 TBH, for 4 nights, the service should be top-notch - which it wasn't overall.

Very clean and big rooms, housekeeping is spot on. Location is great along with the beach. since the hotel is located on a cliff there were many stairs but there was luckily elevator, so it was super easy. Check in was nice and easy. Vegetarian options at breakfast. Wifi was working all the way through the hotel, without any problem.
