Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaI cant really think of anything. Wife was saying that the lighting in the bathroom was dim and unnatural so it was difficult for makeup.
Overall amazing experience. All the staff is super helpful and friendly. We got upgraded to one of the best ocean front duplex villas(villa 4). We stayed for 3 nights. The view is spectacular. Private pool is huge. Beds are huge and very comfortable. Although the villas are showing signs of wear, everythins works perfectly. Aircon is quiet and powerful. Gets the villa cool very quick. Villas are very well equipped. In addition to stuff that you normally expect to find we had an espresso maker. Wife was surprised to find expensive "Dyson" hairdryer. Tasty snacks and trays of fruit in every room which get replenished daily. Breakfast is exquisite and better than we've had anywhere before. For a breakfast like that I would expect to pay ~$100/per person, freshly baked bread and bakery sweets/croissants, quality selection of fruits/salads/juices/smoothies/champagne!. a-la-carte options for various options of western and Thai dishes. Smoked duck/salmon/cheeses, superb coffee..etc.. They have a smartphone app through which you can chat to hotel for any requests, order roomservice, etc.. Gym is fairly small but well equipped, and with amazing view. Private beach is cozy and clean with options for kayak, paddleboard hire etc.. Rooftop restaurant has fantastic views also. So how about overall value - I think its well worth the price, you get what you pay for. I usually look to pay around 100$ per night in thailand, but this was a special treat 6x that. No regrets! Very sad to leave this place. Special thanks to Nat at the reception. She was exeptionally helpful and efficent!

United StatesTerrible in room air conditioning for 5 star resort they need to upgrade new a/c units immediately. Front desk personnel were not as polite as other resorts of this ilk. The main building for the rooms/suites need updating all the woodwork, stairs were worn out and shabby looking. I can’t say anything about the villas there which from a distance looked updated.

United KingdomThe hotel pools/nice areas feel a little crowded. The staff we good but didn’t look after us quite so well as other hotels staff may want to ask guests with children to only use one pool/be quieter as it was very disruptive. If you’re not staying in a villa perhaps not worth the cost, but the villas looks lovely with more private space.
Great location and views from the hotel, with a lovely private beach

Singaporemost restaurants are understaffed, resulting to lack of service and long waiting time. and most of the staffs are not professionally trained. also not happy to learn spa was fully booked during the entire stay and was only informed about that during the day of arrival.

New ZealandThe two main pools were a little on the small size
Set amongst lush vegetation with a an array of villas with varying outlooks. We had the two bedroom villa with a partial Seaview and a decent sized pool. Very attentive staff. Excellent Thai restaurant and a very good breakfast with just about everything you could possibly want.
