Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SingaporeThere could have been more transport to the surrounding towns.
The breakfast and food was good. Great activities for kids and areas to relax as adults. Rooms were much bigger than how they looked online, no camera tricks on photos.

United StatesThe hotel is somewhat outdated, being 10 years old, which shows in its wear and tear. The rooms are large and spacious, but the beds are uncomfortable and not suitable for a good night’s sleep. While there is a rain shower in the bathroom, be aware that if the hotel is fully booked, the water may turn cold. Additionally, keep in mind that locals often book this place from Friday to Sunday, which can lead to noisy and chaotic weekends with screaming kids and no way to relax.
The breakfast and the restaurant are nice and clean. It offers a great breakfast with a lot of choices. The staff is excellent, polite, and helpful.

ThailandThere is a tiny beach- not great for swimming. And the hotel is very isolated. Without a car you will have to have all your meals at the hotel which isn’t cheap.
The rooms are huge and very creatively decorated. There are endless things to do for/with kids. Staff is very nice and the food is very good.

Thailand"Despite the commendable aspects of this hotel, such as the delicious breakfast options, engaging activities, and inviting pool area, our overall experience was somewhat marred by the lack of soundproofing, which led to disturbances during our restful moments. Additionally, while the breakfast was satisfying, the dinner options left much to be desired. Furthermore, the outdated facilities detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel, leaving us wishing for a more modern and up-to-date environment to complement the otherwise enjoyable aspects of our stay."
"From the moment we stepped into the lobby to the day of our departure, our experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional; the sumptuous breakfast spread offered a delightful start to each day, the array of activities provided endless entertainment, the refreshing pool served as a tranquil oasis amidst our adventures, and the attentive staff, with their warm smiles and impeccable service, truly made us feel like valued guests throughout our entire stay."

India1. Food: Overall, needs a new look on the food menu because very limited options and types of cuisines. It's clearly catered to the Thai/Asian travellers, but does very little for travellers from other nationalities. Buffet was average. Very limited options and within 2 days, we were bored of the breakfast buffet so we didn't even eat on day 3. 2. Location: Once you're in here, it's amazing. But getting to any place outside is almost impossible. Hua Hin is easily 45 minutes away, and Cha Am is about 20+ so you'll be doing a trip every time you need to step out. Even to get something as simple as some chips or some sodas, we need to go 10-15 minutes (4-5km) out. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want to explore the towns. Small things: Beds could be a little more softer - maybe our mattress needs a replacement. TV in-room could do with more channels.
1. Staff: Every single one of them was great. Super friendly, helpful and kind, all the way from Check-in to room service to restaurants and transport. 2. Property and amenities: Made for kids. So many amazing facilities for kids to enjoy, and adults to just relax. Very well thought out to have private adult pools away from the noise of the kids play areas etc. The scooter ride, Play tent and WiBit were amazing, well maintained and great fun! 3. Rooms: Huge, stunning and beautiful! Pool access rooms were awesome. Bathrooms were a treat. Bunk beds were amazing fun for the kids in the family room :) (we took 2 rooms). Overall, great place to spend a good few days!

Thailandno lift.
I used to stay at new building and this time I stayed at old building. Frankly, there's no different between them in term of design but you pay less in the old building. Room is very spacious. There are new activities for kids. Overall is great. The area of improvement would be there's no lift and we stayed on the 3rd Floor so you have to walk up and down several times a day. Hotel is not 100% neat as 5star hotel. F&B is good but not that great i.e. Thai food is not delicious. It's matched with value of money.
