Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was right another building and the bed was like concrete,the cleaning off the room was bad ,I left the toilet roll holder on the toilet and was expecting it put back in with a new toilet roll,it was left in the same place which meant the toilet was not cleaned and one of the bins was not emptied
The location was good,the shower was in good working order and tv was good with a good choice of viewing programs

Could not find a fault.
Property is very spacious , huge tv all facilities working perfectly air con brilliant, Lovely room. Very big comfortable bed. Nice newly renovated pool.

Overall great friendly reception, however on leaving I was overcharged for "minibar" I explained I had been a guest for a week and not taken anything. The attitude was aggressive and confronting, this has happened before in Thailand as I assume the room service incorrectly manages this poorly. I paid, but advised them this was incorrect and to note as if this happens regularly then address with the employees. Shame I would have returned to this hotel but for this aggressive attitude in dealing with a minor error.
Location is great, close to Beach for morning walks, close to Terminal 21, Central Marina, lots of street food and fruit markets and other interesting activities close by. Easy to move around with the Baht Bus circuits, along Beach Road so many restaurants and food options.

I liked everything about it
This has become the first place I think of when staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful, the bed is comfortable. The area is quiet yet within walking distance of good places to go.

no view from the balcony. the water in the shower not mix easy to good tempator. Not a good plummer worked there. but there is plenty of hot water.
best location. The room is big. big smart tv. quit around all day. The staff is friendly. The price is excellent . took 2 days extended to 8.

A hand-held shower along with the rain shower would have been great.
I stayed for 6 nights and it was a quite satisfactory and peaceful experience. Everything worked well. I had no issues. Location was great.

6 weeks with issues of air conditioner not resolved . Resorting to having to turn off and on at the machine as kept freezing the room. When asking to change rooms was told all rooms full. Tv over 10 channels in Arabic. The one English channel the BBC only operated for 3 days after I spoke to the manager
The staff were great. Very helpful and the cleaners did top job of the room

Nothing to complain about,
Big comfy room, big TV free water, spotlessly clean, nice friendly cleaning ladies who always cleaned and changed towels even when I said not to worry, very nice swimming pool, great restaurant and friendly staff throughout. Great location bars restaurant all around but hotel in nice quiet soi just 4 minute walk to ⛱️
