EstoniaWhile the service is generally good, it can be a bit slow, which is typical in Thailand where no one seems to be in a hurry. 😊
This is a very cosy resort made up of independent villas, offering full privacy and comfort. The beach is excellent—clean and well-maintained. Since there are only a few guests at the hotel relative to the number of villas, it never feels overcrowded. There are always plenty of available sunbeds. The resort features two swimming pools. The breakfast is reach and tasty. Villa is spacy, the bed is nice and comfortable, and the air conditioning works well. We had a very positive experience overall and highly recommend it.

The hotel is great, location is fantastic.. However, the Villa Connect is falsely advertised. This is not really a villa on its own.. it's a semi detached villa, with a shared door to another villa. Nowhere in the room description you find this information apart from " interchangeable rooms available" but that is not the case, since they all are the same.

SerbiaWe had a huge bath tub in our room, but water was something between cool and warm, so we didn’t use it.
It’s pretty small, not overcrowded, which I like. Breakfast were not exceptional, but pretty good. And thanks god they had good coffee, even Nespresso machine in the room. It was also clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is really great, at the best part of Chaweng beach.

AustraliaThe villas are a bit tired / dated - still using keys instead of cards. The fitness facility was very poor. Aircon did not work and had not worked for ages according to staff. It was tiny, equipment was old. Weights machine was broken and there were no towels available to wipe down equipment and no water available.

Breakfast - well for the first four days it was ok - eggs were poached to order and nice and soft and well drained - coffee was made with a smile - bacon smelt horrid - and was dry -however day 5 - there was no hot food in bain marees - because we were told they had not many guests - you could however order - however this is not the reason for a buffet - you can have a tiny little serve or a huge serve - depending on your appetite - ordering a la carte and with a language barrier - australian - thai - it is very hard to relay exactly what you want - so because we were told this was to be the case again for day 6 - we decided to miss breakfast - again buffet breakfast should be still served no matter how few or how many guests you have. The staff at the pool bar were great - especially Jhoo-Jhoo - he had good english and understood any request we had. We were in deluxe villa 403 and would highly recommend this villa - just behind a sea view villa and close to everything but far enough away for privacy and quietness.

United KingdomA couple of the meals weren't up to expectation, but I can see how they're trying to appeal to a wife array of tastes. I think the cocktails during the happy hour were created with cheap alcohol brands. Tasted more like fruit drinks. Bed pillows were not very good.
The location is great. Great views from every part of the hotel. We loved the individual residence which was clean and practical. The staff were very helpful. Other bars, restaurants etc., close by. We would recommend it highly.

Reception staff member not very engaging. Loud music from club next door not pleasant- not relaxing especially disturbing when played late into evening/ night.
