We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsBoth nights, despite me having informed them of my arrival time, there was nobody on-site to let me in my room. The second night my room was given to someone else. Where I only wanted my room key to go to bed immediately, both times it took me prolonged honking my horn and talking for 20 mins until I was finally given my room key. Also, A/C could only be turned off by removing key card - meaning charging of cameras no longer possible.

United KingdomThis property is in a great location, but this suite needs some attention. General cleaning and maintenance not so good and windows filthy which spoiled an otherwise fantastic view of the river. No table and chairs as shown in pictures.
We booked the one-bedroom suite at a really good price. Wonderful suite located almost over the river. Spacious and airy and loved the duplex. Comfortable bed.

ThailandStayed room Bigger than the reserved and scenery Not as beautiful as in the picture. Sliders are unsure of safety. And no breakfast and it is not for sale.
The room can accommodate 6 people but has only one bathroom. For a large family would be suitable, but here goes for 3 people. There is a swimming pool and slides that running down the river, but not sure of safety.

The rooms were old . The toilet was smelled. What you saw in its photos were not the same as you saw and experienced.
