just a beautiful big spacious room that was clean and tidy with access to a large wrap around balcony with a view of the sea and surrounding area. just sit back and relax. I will miss this place very much.. the only draw back is, there is no lift. I did struggle a bit. overall I highly recommend.ideal for a family of four.

AustraliaLocation was fabulous. Right on the esplanade road (opposite the beach) and close to restaurants, 7-11 and bars. Staff were exceptional. So friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Room was exactly as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Cha Am, although please bear in mind if you have mobility issues or cannot negotiate stairs then it’s probably not a good option (as there isn’t a lift). Wasn’t an issue for us, but some may find it a little challenging.

United KingdomNice suite with good facilities, shower needs updating with better shower head. There is no elevator and steep stairs to carry luggage up and down. Noisy location from the street, and the night I stayed there was booming music blaring until 4 am from the beach area. It's OK, but sorry, I would not stay again. They have parking but it is a few hundred meters from the hotel.

LaosThere is no elevator, and the stairs are steep and not of standard design. I am 70 years old, and my wife is 60, and we just made it with 2 handcarries. If we had 20 kilo suitcases, we would never make it to the third floor.
