The service was so bad. They just don’t answer anything. If you would go inside or outside the hotel and walk past the reception they didn’t say anything. They tell you they will pick you up at the pier, but they don’t.

The location isn’t that good.

The walk to get there but that’s only because it was hot and I’m lazy! Haha.

It was great value for money. They give you full disclosure before booking that due to the nightlife on the island you can hear the music from the beaches. It really isn’t that bad and they gave us ear plugs too. Great value for money if you are fit and able to get to the location as it’s a little strenuous up the hill if you have bags to carry! The hosts of the hostel were wonderful too. Would recommend staying there if on a budget and looking for a nicer cheap place with private rooms. :)

- Paper-thin walls, your hear all your neighbors and it gets very noisy. - LOUD LOUD LOUD. The area itself is quiet (no bars around) but it’s on the bay and the music from the town and beach clubs is coming directly to the house. Even with hearplugs you clearly hear it. But that’s nothing the staff can improve. The house itself is nice and clean.

They did not come to clean the room during my stay, on the other hand I think they have a small problem with the electricity, the refrigerator plug was hanging in bad condition and when you plugged something in the light would flash, the location is somewhat far from the center, but excellent because it is far from the noise, if you want to rest 🙌🏼

I really liked the attention at the reception, very friendly and helpful, they helped us as much as possible.

at night there was loud music from the beach bars until 3AM making it difficult to sleep, but this will happen at any hotel facing the beach

The staff is very nice and helpful, they carry our luggage to the port after the checkout

No wardrobe to hang clothes. No hold for shower, so had to wet ourselves, turn shower off to use shower gel and then turn back on to rinse off.

It was clean, but very basic and small.

The view from our apartment balcony was not very pleasant. Some times it's a noisy place.

The room is really clean and the bed are confortable. Around there is some path for going at the sea, and (really) nice place for eating.

Even though it was quieter there was some construction going on right below the room but they kept to day hours so it was totally fine for sleeping.

A little distance from all the party so it was quieter there. Strong ac. Clean.

The bathroom door is upside down and the shower soaks everything in the bathroom as the bathroom is so small. The hotel is also up a hill and quite a walk from the main town. There is also no hand towel in the bathroom.

The bed was large and comfy. The air-con worked well. They provide a free “taxi” from the pier to the hotel which is a man who carries your bags for you. The provide soap.

Unfortunately, this was a little too far out of town, especially during the low season when lots of other accommodations were available.

There's not much to say.

Excellent little spot. Air con, bed and comfort. A little out of the way but a 5 min walk and your in town. Staff are excellent and full of info. Pipi is amazing full stop. This is a must for any traveler.

It was quite far away from central Phi Phi.

Its walkable distance from everything, from the noise and the parties but in a quiet location, so it was nice. Really comfortable room, everything worked well

Very clean property with comfortable beds and really good aircon. The hotel was a bit out of the way however but it does get you out of the hustle and bustle of the touristy island.

The staff is not friendly at all and is very hard to find them. I found out that someone went into my room and moved a few things around. When I asked, they told me that the owner went in which I found very disappointing. I’d like to be asked or advised before.

Best option I found for the price. They gave us water bottles.

The location wasn’t really good. Window view of the dirty street. Our room was right next to the wooden stairs, was really loud every time someone went up the stairs.

Room was clean. Free drinking water and a fridge to keep it cool.
