Staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is good and easy to find, there are a small parking lot in the back. The pool could be bigger, but its nice in general.

The breakfast was quite poor and I had a feeling that hotel was not prepared for that amount of visitors. We could not get some of the things as they were dissapearing immediately. Also there was a small choice of things to eat. It might require some improvement, but overall for this price it was enough.

The room was quite clean and comfy, cool design of the hotel and very nice staff who helped us with all the questions and offered free drop off to the airport. Price of the hotel was very good.

Little far from the City Center, breakfast is not vegetarian friendly, this was changed on demand for the next days, however some vegetarian options by default would be great. We only had cold water in our room, but took this as opportunity to start healthy habits and showered cold instead of requesting a change. 😉

Such a beautiful hotel, it makes you feel at home immediately. Staff was very friendly and provided us fresh vegetarian breakfast on demand. We would definitely come back!

The toilet in my room was very close to the wall, so it was a bit awkward to sit down comfortably. The idea of the shower and bath room is great, but the water was quite cold and did not drain very fast. There was also a weird smell from the bathroom and shower room.

It was a comfortable and very pleasant atmosphere - very social as well. The breakfast was enjoyable as well. It was very easy to Grab/Bolt from the hotel because of the quiet and open location.

Booking a suite you have certain expectations like a cosmetic mirror, free beverages and proper lighting in the bathroom. The terrace also had one broken light and no ashtray. Considering the thoughtful interior design we were surprised. Despite we loved the stay and the optics - the location for its price and the missing details above would not let us book this hotel again.

Very nice, modern, tidy and stylish Hotel close to the airport. For those, who need to be quickly at the airport (~10 mins drive) it is a nice stay - we also did not mind the airplane noise you occasionally hear We also liked the jacuzzi like pool in the front of the Hotel. Our suite was tidy, clean, nice and with air-conditioning. Service was good, breakfast was just enough.

It is a brand-new property, but the feeling is that it is instead a lot of aesthetic to make accommodation that is actually very basic look "luxurious." Little attention to detail, the rooms were quite small, and both private and common areas were not perfectly clean. This hotel lacks nothing, but with a little extra effort the price the guest pays (which is more expensive than the average) can be given proper value.

I would say the kindness of the staff: when we arrived the pool was empty and full of seaweeds, but very cordially they took care of cleaning and filling it.

The location is far away from the center and restaurants. Breakfast could be better.

The room was really nice and big (especially the shower which is in a separate room which is rare is Asia!). The staff at the reception was amazing and always kindly helped us. Everything is really clean and comfortable.

We ended up not staying at the hotel we booked for, and were put in Maison de Chiang Rai instead. We were informed of this beforehand (although we forgot and turned up at the Courtyard), but it was a little disappointing to not stay where we had chosen. My omelette for breakfast could have been a little better, as it was uncooked in the centre. Everything else was great though!

The room was nicely decorated and clean, and the hotel had great communal areas and a pool too (although we didn't have time to use them). There was a great choice for breakfast, and the staff were all very courteous. The location is a little out of town, but nice and quiet, and cheap to get to via Grab.

Rooms have no windows, but you can still hear the street as it is quite loud. The hotel is 30 minutes walk from the city centre. Swimming pool is too small and shallow to swim in it.

The hotel is very clean and stylish. Breakfast was very nice, with fresh salad and fruit and a variety of desserts. There is free shuttle from the airport.
