One issue I noticed is that shower drains have a pressure valve which doesn't activate quick enough, which results in water pooling in the shower, you'd have to shut off the tap and wait for the drain to release the valve and water drains properly after. On nights there are fights happening at the boxing stadium, it gets very loud till midnight. For families with kids, this place wouldn't be ideal. The breakfast buffet is also limited and mostly catered to eastern European preference, although is the option of toast & jam with some fruits, but overall very limited choices. I also did not like their bathroom tissue, it is very thin, and just crumbles and disintegrates as soon as getting wet. The internet connection in this place is a bit of a challenge.

It is within a couple of minutes of walking distance of Patong Bangla road, JungCeylon shopping mall , the marketplace night market, and Patong boxing stadium as well as the Big C grocery store. The pool area on the 9th floor has a great atmosphere. Lots of restaurants, massage parlors, exchange places within walking distance. This area is in the heart of all the hustle of Patong, but away from the beach. You'd have to walk a few blocks to get to the beach. Laundromat is next door and their prices are decent as well. Staff and cleaning crew are all friendly and always available to help Overall I liked my stay in this place and would recommend it

Being at the side of the boxing stadium was so loud that I could not sleep until this had finished around midnight absolutely no sound proof felt like we was in the stadium also bad smell on balcony at side of the food stalls wishes we had asked to move rooms to the other side

The boxing club can be a irritation but is finished by 11:00 each night . would have liked the pool to be open a little later at night.

The staff were great , the rooms were always clean. The breakfast is basic but works. Location is great and a short walk to everything. Great food market every night from 6:00 right next door.

Noise isolation of the room wasn’t that good, also not bad, but being in the city center needed more isolation Sometimes bathroom was smelly

Boxing areana across the street and stayed very noisy till 11:oo pm. No electrical receptacle in the bathroom. The door banging was a little excessive due to kids running in and out of their rooms. No fault of the hotel and it all quieted down by 11 pm.

Breakfast was average. Staff was very attentive and always had a smile on their face. Room was kept really clean and stocked. Everything worked as it should except A/C leaked water but was repaired immediately. Two lifts that worked flawlessly. All the staff was great

This property wouldn't suit someone that is a light sleeper (I am not so it didn't worry me) but there is consistent noise from the surrounding properties - Banzaan Market, Bangla Boxing Stadium and general street traffic. The property is probably a little outdated with the facility needing minor upgrades.

Not my first time stay at this property and I'm back for a reason. Very convenient location, close walking distance to all amenities and entertainment areas - approx. 10 min walk Patong beach. The staff are always friendly and will go out of their way to assist if anything is required. The pool and gym is suffice for my requirements.

The hotel price is very reasonable, room size were OK not bad , the location is 7 mins walking to patong beach , its clean and its pest free ,the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was OK I mean you get what you paid for

Good location, close to shopping centre and Boxing Ring. Little bit noisy room but hotel can not do much about it.
