It looked nothing like the pictures I felt betrayed the rooms were small the place always smells like weed in the hallways and the ac had a strong scent of pest bug spray and it wouldn't go away they had strict rules which I think they should at least mention online that the property takes deposits from u

Location was perfect, short walk to everything you need I.e. bars, restaurants, beach, shops, Bangla road! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Room was very spacious and extremely clean. It was cleaned each day and new towels, water and bed sheets given. Very very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone :)

It’s close to the patong boxing stadium so it was a bit noisy sometimes.

The location was great, Its close to everything that you need. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily.

Rooms are very noisy on the side of the Bangla Boxing Statium. Wi-Fi is very unstable and can certainly not be used for work. There is a small desk in the lobby with ethernet available: but the place is hot and very noisy (they broadcast music in the lobby). I booked for 2 (including breakfast) for me and my partner, who is Thaï. About a week in, one of the staff at the reception felt that she had to treat her like a prostitute and ask for her ID in a very rude and dismissive manner.

Very well located, close to Bangla Road and right next to a fresh market and a big shopping mall. Rooms are small but comfortable. Most of the staff is very helpful.

Not many loungers by the pool. Breakfast was all MEAT little for vegetarains. The sockets didn't work, and the safe kept producing error message and getting stuck. The hotel charged 1000 baht deposit which i wasnt pre warned about. The on site travel agent Nah was lovely and helpful.booked many trips with her.

The bed was comfortable and the price was reasonable. Location was very good. Opposite the banzaan market but the noise stopped at midnight. The staff were lovely

They don't have private car park provided.There is car park nearby for a small fee.So it's easier to hire taxi or motorcycle.

The location is so convenience just next to market and department store.Walking distance to beach and Bangla night zone.The breakfast buffet was cheap and better taste than others in area.I tried Thai lunch and tuna melt sandwich and they were good too.Room is nice and clean.They provided amenities I request such as razor and beach towel. Staffs were helpful and could fulfill all my requests.I will definitely come back again for sure.
