There are no towels in any bathroom to dry your hands, if you don't bring your own towel you will have the discomfort of always having wet hands after using the bathroom.l

The staff is very friendly and the conditions of the beds are very good and clean.

Everything was perfect except for the last night, some girls arrived around 3am and the guy who was in the front desk turned on the lights in the dorm and was noisy. It'd be nice to find a way to do this in a more respectful way for the people who are sleeping (:

The shower is a little awkward for the layout and configuration of the bathroom, but is manageable.

Very much appreciated the provision of breakfast despite our early checkout to get to our flight, and given the challenges for motel staff who were also dealing with localised flooding! Our best wishes to all at the hotel and in Chiang Mai.

I really liked this place. But if they had curtains on a bed, it would be better. I need more privacy.

The staff were very nice. I arrived in Chiang Mai bright and early. (about 5am) They let me take a rest at a lobby and prepared a room quickly. I asked them to do something about making a reservation of a workshop. They kindly did it for me. Breakfast was also great.

I think the only thing that could be better are the hooks in the showers. Some of them hang quite loose and it's hard to hang up your clothes/towel. The first of the three showers in the hostel part of the accomodation also didn't have warm water, but the other two showers worked just fine!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The breakfast is amazing, the staff incredibly friendly and always willing to help out or book a tour for you. I loved that they have a 24/7 reception because I arrived quite late. Beds are comfy, and everything is clean. Bring your own lock for your locker if you stay in the hostel part though. Location is very quiet, although a lil bit further away from the bustling part of town (at least no loud parties are around so it's perfect for those who prefer a calm environment). I'd stay here again!

Our room was on the fourth floor and every time it rained at night we couldn’t sleep. The rain water pipe was next to our window and water was pouring on the metal roof bellow: it was so loud! I don’t understand why modern buildings like “The Guest hotel” doesn’t have gutters…

Great location. The hotel was spotless. We had a spacious family room with two kings beds. They were quite comfortable. The bedding was changed daily. We had a leaking tap in the bathroom and staff fixed it for us straight away. We asked for extra bed side table and we got it. The administration deals with any requests or problems promptly and professionally. Bottled water was provided each day of our stay

They didn't change our towels every day, even though they were wet and unusable again. The sheets were dirty. They just put them upside down and hoped we won't notice :(

There was enough around the but if you wanted to be where most of pubs and cafes it was a 20 min walk or a tuk tuk that easy

It’s more a Hotel than a Hostel. No Hostel atmosphere. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can stay anonymously, this is the right place.

Everything is white and clean, beautiful and comfortable. The receptionist who welcomed me was amazing. The breakfast was perfect and the staff super nice. The location is perfect. And they even have a small Gym. Really good value for money.

The hotel felt empty so I did not feel very comfortable to make use of the many facilities of the hostel.

The shower was nit easy because the water goes all over the floor.

The bathroom had the typical shower without any barrier to prevent the rest of the bathroom getting wet whenever it was used.

Breakfast for 100 baht included cooked to order eggs, ham, bacon and sausage as well as cereal, toast, orange juice and fresh fruit. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was also a gym with almost new equipment.

The location is a bit far from tourist hotspot but not bad.

I liked the WiFi, it offered breakfast, facilities were satisfactory. Towels were changed everyday.

The rooms get warm, especially when located far from the AC. Definitely bearable :)

I liked the clean environment, happy staff and great facilities :) The windows in the dorm room provide great natural light !
