such a noisy place. prepare yourself to share every possible noise with your room neighbours and the corridor. also the sink was clogged during my stay. it smelled horrible in the room.

the localisation and the friendly and professional staff who speak well English, which is really not common in south Thailand

staff messed up rooms. we booked a more expensive one but were put in the cheapest one. the manager was nice to apologize but the staff who messed up was so ignorant.

Mostly everything was okay though the Wi-Fi was particularly poor, it either wouldn’t connect, or was extremely slow. We spoke to them about it, but apparently it was a problem with our iPhones and iPads. We had to turn off Wi-Fi to use 5G. Like everywhere else in Thailand welcoming western customers, I thought they went a bit heavy on the Christmas theme, but that’s a me thing not a them thing.

the Memory at On On is Characterful. it’s well located for a few days stay in Phuket Old Town.

Being an old hotel, sound insulation is not as good as you can hear noises from the next room plus some strange sound…air con was noisy too at room 207.

Hotel is rich with heritage and very pretty. Location is super convenient for walking around. Staff was super friendly and helpful too

The room door and wall sound insulation are damn poor. I literally can hear the bed moving sound from the next room beside ours and can hear noises outside our room.

The vintage look and it was clean. Nicely done rooms.

Hotel upkeep is a bit neglected. For example, the fountains spill over onto the path to the room, making it easy to slip.

Great location with numerous restaurants and attractions in the area. Complimentary beverages were nice.

Hotel is nice and vintage it was good to see it but wouldn’t book it again, we could heard the guests next door all night every step they took, the room was so dark and we couldn’t even open the window. Staff not super friendly like other hotels that we’ve been in Thailand, They had to check out the room if everything was ok while I was waiting for checking out a bit unusual, I travel a lot around the world this was first .

The location it’s perfect! The reason I booked this hotel is because it’s famous for the Beach movie, Hotel is nice and vintage it was good to see once.

No breakfast. No milk for tea/coffee in the room. They didn't provide conditioner only shampoo. We had an issue that our toilet got blocked. We were told it would be attended to in the morning and to not put toilet paper in toilet. My husband then suggested trying to use a plunger. The lady then fixed it.

Everything from the exterior was exceptionally beautiful. A stunning building in itself. Exceptionally clean.

I have booked larger Room and need 2 beds but they have only smaller room(cheaper) with 2 beds so I have to switch with my friend to let them have a larger room and i squeeze myself and roommate in smaller room😂

The walls are paper thin! I had read about this in other reviews and they were right. One night I had a child in the room next door and they were running around screaming at 6am.
