Lovely airy room , the hotel is in the centre of the old town so easy access to restaurants, cafes and shops.

Very good location in the Old Town, very close to shops and Restaurants. Coffee bar Mem at the Hotel was very nice. They've managed to create great balance between Old architecture and modern feeling. Staff was very helpful, nice, smiling and spoke good English. Rooms were spatious and clean.

There's no elevator, so it's hard to get upstairs if you have a heavy baggage

Beautiful, fantastic place with a big history. Location is great, staff is helpful, design is very beautiful. Nice corner with drinks and treats for guests. So many details that made my stay nice and comfortable

Bed too hard for me, but other people might prefer that. Not enough storage in rooms for more than a couple of nights.

Location excellent. Staff wonderful, could not be nicer. Organised trips and taxis like clockwork. Very clean.

The room key was difficult to get into the room. The door handle needs to be looked at and adjusted.

The old world atmosphere of the hotel. The complimentary delicious cresatheymum juice, along with the bakery treats in little jars, lined up on the bar. Thanks to ALL the front desk staff for being so helpful!!!!

It's sad that the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, café at the ground floor doesn't have big choice of food.

The hotel is charming and very well located. Bed was huge and comfortable, interiors beautiful. Staff was helpful and communicative. Tasty snacks were provided.

The location was perfect and easily accessible around old town. Reception is very helpful, they help with arranging taxis to go around.

Our 3rd visit in 3 years. Wonderful place to stay. Lovely building, fantastic rooms and the ideal location in Phuket town. Staff friendly and helpful Added bonus this year of a wee cafe for coffee and breakfast. We will be back .

Blown away. History and atmosphere of this place is hard to describe. Used to be hostel where you could stay for 1 bath back in the days. Everyone visiting Phuket should stay at this hotel at least once. I know we will look no further if returning coming to Phuket again.

There was a construction noise at 8am that wakes me up and Thai music and very loud man voice in the background and the hotel staff couldn’t do much about it. There is no lift and the reception line was busy all the time

The hotel decoration was just amazing, it takes you on journey back in time.
