It could be a little noisy since people next door can make some noise by closing the closet or so on. Considering the age of this hotel, it can hardly be totally silent.

This hotel is know for its historical value and the movie. I really like the convenience of it being in the center of old town and its decoration. Many photos were taken.

WOWWWWW. Stunning!! This place is BEAUTIFUL. A gorgeous, historic building that is in the literal heart of Phuket Town! Step out the front door and you are there. Such a pretty town and so many food/bar/coffee options. Our room was so cool and different. And the lobby / whole building is a vision!

Rooms very very small, we didn’t get the room we booked. No hand towels nor sitting areas. Our luggage we had to put on the floor.

It has good location, and very nice deco and staff. if you are staying in Phuket down town is nice.

The sound-proofing of the rooms is pretty poor. You can hear a lot of what is going on in the rooms around you. That said it does get pretty quiet at night. The lighting situation could also be improved, while there are curtains on the main windows there is a lot of light coming in from the bathroom door which is part glass and also from another glass panel over the entrance door. If you need pitch darkness to sleep at night we would recommend bringing an eye cover.

The hotel has a very unique and well thought-out decors which is very nice. From the lobby to the rooms the feel and ambiance which could perhaps be described as "old-school travel" is well executed and gives a charm to the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. Shower pressure and temperature are great. Very well located inside Old Town.

The hotel doesn’t have any additional facilities such as a pool, gym or restaurant. but you are aware of that when you book. But it is surrounded by cafes, ice creameries and numerous restaurants and spas.

The history and ambience of this beautifully presented quaint hotel is so appealing and it’s location in the heart of the old town can’t be beaten plus its little cafe serves great coffee.

Located in central Phuket town, the hotel is around many icon locations where tourists and local Thai take photos; besides, the hotel itself is like a must-have icon where tourists come everyday to take a photo with. The hotel is safe because it has a big iron door outside the lounge closed after 11p.m (actually the town goes quiet after around 10p.m.). The interior design is classic Thailand. The room I booked is quite spacious, with a lil balcony, a separate bathroom and toilet. The AC is awesome, allowing the room to stay cool 24/7, given that Phuket now in May is hot and humid. No mosquitos or flies seen in my room - quite a relief (whereas outside in the town those insects are abundant. ) The room also provides a lil fridge in which several soft drinks and bottle water are provided for free, but be sure do not discard those hotel-provided drinks coz the staff needs to recycle those bottles. Wifi is also ok, enough to handle remote working stuffs. Many Michelin renowned street foodie restaurants are all within walk minutes, allowing street food lovers to explore around. Famous Sunday Night Market is just behind this hotel. A currency exchange shop is also around the corner, but the selling price is not that attractive, compared to the one located in Central Phuket 4F. As for Central Phuket and other seashore activities, old town is far away from them; you need to rent car, a motorbike or call Gab driver to reach out to those locations.

Free coffee was nice, of course I would have loved more free breakfast. But you have a Cafeteria inside the hotel and great bakeries in the vicinity, so this is complaining on a very high level.

Extremely stylish location, you feel like an English governor of the 19th century. i loved also the bath products and the sweetness of the staff. Great facade from the outside and old town location is perfect for the central markt, the bus to Patong and Wat Chalong, the money change, the French bakery etc. etc. etc.
