Staff were absolutely lovely! Especially Bas! Really assest to Oasis resort! Location was a little bit out of Khao Lak but there is a few shops and restaurants across the road! Bedrooms were clean and. Comfy! Nice place to relax!

Nothing to be with the resort. Only an advice for every visitor in Khao Lak. BOLT app is not working yet, so you will have to rent a motorbike or similar to move in this area. Standard buses and minivans are leaving from McDonalds in Khao Lak center to Khao Sok, Phuket...

Thr STAFF is the very best!!! So friendly that I would always repeat only for this reason. They are always willing to make it easy for you. Rooms are fine and the swimming pool is fair enough for a refreshing bath anytime

European breakfast was only option but was OK.

The property was well maintained, clean and well styled. The pool was a good size and refreshing. The staff so very kind and helpful. There are few restaurants or services near the property, you need get taxi 200 bht each way or hire a scooter for 250 bht per day from the property.

The pool was way too warm!

The hotel room was lovely as was the breakfast, and the staff, Bas in particular, was super sweet. Nice to be able to rent scooter from hotel.

Super friendly staff went out of the way to make you very comfortable scooter rental at site was wonderful. The place was immaculate and always getting cleaned around the site.

The only food available was breakfast but no other food or drinks. Not a big deal as there was a good place to eat nearby

Lovely clean pool easily accessible. Good size room , good shower room. Nice to sit on the verandah. Separate buildings means there was no noise from anyone else.

It was a little bit out of the way - about a 15 minute walk to the start of the beach resort Of KhaoLak or to restaurants on the main road.

The rooms were spacious, great air con, and superb staff! The breakfasts were always delivered with a smile. The manager was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Pool area very clean. Found the bed too hard and asked for a mattress topper/ this made it much more comfy- they rectified this issue straight away.

Although we walked to the beach and restaurants, the location is a bit far out ; however scooters and Tuk Tuk are readily available .

This family run business is very comfortable, with a great breakfast and the staff were very helpful and friendly! Bass bends over backwards to be the very best host and ambassador for the area , including offering rides to the beach !

The room and whole area of the resort :) (a lot of green around), location, price is very good

The staff was awesome, also that the rooms are separate small houses is great, the whole area was super nice and clean, including the swimming pool :) We had a great stay!

The Hotel is located perfectly! Away from the busy roads in the center but super close to beautiful beaches and also the center. You drive 5 minutes in every direction with the motorbike, which you can rent for 250 Bath directly at the hotel. Also the staff is so nice and very helpful with everything you want to do and plan. The pool is super clean nice. We stayed longer than expected because it’s indeed an oasis :)

A little to big pillows. Should be hangers for towels in the bathroom. Not a big problem...

We love all the staff and everything about this hotel. Second time we're here and we'll be back for sure. Big ,clean rooms with a very nice breakfast. The pool is big and clean. The staff helps out with everything that you need.

Beautiful pool with lights at night, was always looking forward to getting in the pool after a long day of exploring the province. Really nice staff, clean and spacious rooms. The staff can help you call a taxi, or rent a scooty w a nearby shop. Stayed for a couple of nights with my husband... Good ac, nice warm shower. Took a taxi from the center to get here. Peaceful and quiet cottages.

Just returned from a 2-week stay at the Oasis and it was absolutely perfect! Delightful owners, big clean rooms with a good shower, good breakfast and a nice pool and gardens. Peaceful location but still handy and is in walking distance to restaurants and Bang Niang and close to a lovely beach. Such good value for money too.
