The water from the tap is faint yellow. Because the most parts of swimming pool are in the shadow， the water is a bit cold for kids. The location is a bit challenge so you‘d better call the taxi， walking is not a good idea.

It's not a big hotel but they have everything you need. The Hotel is clean， and the staffs are sweet.

The staff were wonderful. They helped us with everything we needed and we rented our scooter from them which are available at the hotel. The pool was a lovely little oasis with shade from the beautiful trees that surround it. The pool is so nice to come back to and cool down after a day adventuring. The location is quiet and just outside of the main part of town where the ferry comes in. I recommend going to the coffee shop at the end of the road. Great staff and coffee.

Location away from the busy main road was perfect for us and good base for visiting different beaches to the south of the island. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

A short distance from the hotel is a power plant that is quite humming. It doesn't matter during the day, but it can disturb someone at night.

Everything was great, the lady at the reception was very nice and helpful, she helped us with everything when we needed something. Accommodation clean and nice.

One thing that you should consider is the location. without a scooter it’s gonna be hard to get around. however, if you got one everything is easily accessible!!

2nd time staying here, able to rent scooter, they offer free pick up from the pier. I cancelled 2 days as the weather was bad so couldn't enjoy my full stay but wasn't there fault but still helpful with booking earlier ferry and taking us to the pier

The noise from the nearby power plant was noticeable from the pool during the day. At night, I could hear a loud noise from another AC unit behind my room, so I had to use earplugs. But I wouldn't call this place noisy except these two. It had a serene atmosphere overall. Additionally, the tap water had an unpleasant smell but that usually happens after heavy rains.

I stayed in the room next to the reception, and the WiFi was excellent for my work and early morning calls. The pool was clean and beautiful, and the staff was very kind, accommodating all my requests. I was able to purchase a boat ticket from them as well. The bed was big and comfortable, and the price was reasonable considering everything else in town was either sold out or more expensive.

Unfortunately the Wi-Fi and general connection of Mobil network and cellular at the remote location wasn’t the best.. 100% enough if you’re doing vocation but as I am a digital nomad and working online I sadly had some troubling moments during my 4 weeks stay

The toilet is only barely separated from the shower, by a 24 inch wide, and 7 ft tall wall and glass pane. If it were another 12-24 inches wider, then the separation would keep the floor area in front of the door and toilet dry. I didn't like having to mop up water in that area, after each shower use. There is a sign that tells you not to put used toilet paper into the toilet. Instead you have a small open garbage can to put your waste paper into. This is also very common in Thailand (and some other countries), but a waste basket that contains used toilet paper should at least have a lid in my opinion. Not my favorite thing, but it's a part of traveling that one must be flexible with, in Thailand in any case. There is no house phone, and you must use your personal cellphone to call the front desk for any issues. Although, they always did answer and provide a quick response. My biggest complaint was that our "Triple Room, Pool View" definitely was NOT a pool view room. Our room was A12, and seems to the only 2nd floor room without a pool view. That wouldn't normally bother me much, but the walkway and lounge area were immediately adjacent to our balcony and left me feeling extremely "exposed" if we didn't lock the sliding glass balcony doors and draw tight the curtains. Our bedroom was quite openly visible, and arguably too easily accessable, to anyone passing by through the 2nd level lounge and staircase (which everyone accesses, in order to get to the other 2nd floor rooms). I would suggest relisting this particular room without the "pool view" in the title. I would also strongly suggest that all the rooms have a second set of sheer curtains installed, so that the heavier curtains (which block out all daylight, and provide ultimate privacy) need not be the only options for privacy. Most other hotels & bungalows of similar cost in Thailand have that kind of setup, already.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We had an issue with the provided hair dryer (it blew the fuse in the room), but the staff immediately came and fixed the fuse and replaced the hair dryer. They provide a pick-up service at the time of your arrival (just call them when you arrive at the pier), and drop-off service upon checkout, too. The manager also helped us rent a scooter (300 baht per day), and I also rented a snorkel/mask set for 100 baht per day. The room itself was a "triple pool view" booking, with a queen size bed and a twin bed in the same room. The mattress are very firm (as are most mattresses in Thailand hotels), and I found them very comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the little mini fridge kept all our drinks ice cold. Eight bottles of water were given to us, for our 3 day stay. There are a few laminated menus in the room, for local restaurants, and you can order food delivered directly to your door.

Noisy neighbours on the property next to the hotel. It was not in the nicest area and a bit out of town and away from the beach. But we rented scooters so that was ok in the end. No breakfast.
