Great room with direct access to the swimming pool and our own patio area and sun loungers. Staff very friendly but not always very fluent in English. E.g. didn’t understand vinegar and mayonnaise at one meal. Breakfast very good with many choices and food replenished regularly. Restaurant for the evening was very poor - we waited over an hour for a steak meal and chicken breast meal which was lukewarm when it arrived and vegetables instead of salad ( as seen in menu). This was a quiet night with only two other tables being used. Didn’t bother to eat there again in the evenings.

It was great having the sun loungers and pool right outside the room, and the pool was a decent depth & length for proper swimming too. Resort was generally quiet so ideal for relaxing and sleeping. We spent 5 night here, but could of happily stayed longer. Location is good as it’s away from the hustle and bustle of Kata beach, but only 15min walk at night to get to lots of restaurants. Only downside to this accomodation was the lunch / dinner menu. Restaurant was basically deserted at these times and only seems to offer western food. We did try a grilled cheese & chips one lunchtime, but the cheese wasn’t even melted, chips weren’t cooked well & didn’t come back. Didn’t really affect our stay overall as lots of other options nearby.

Not much for the negative side, but the air conditioning is extremely loud, which made it hard to sleep

The location is great as it is not on a main road, so it’s quiet but still close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants etc. the room was big and great having direct access to the pool. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming

The fact that we have to pay for all three rooms the full price for one night,instead of paying a tax for the late checkout and the fact that we made the booking thru Booking.com,when it was more easy for us to pay at the reception!

Breakfast has a limited western choice, but the egg man was always happy and 😊. Our personal choice, but the bed was extremely hard, but was quickly rectified by a mattress topper.

Large room with shower and a bath. We had a swim up room which we really enjoyed. Quiet hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. 15 minute walk to the start of Kata. Restaurants around the hotel were good Seven/eleven close by.

There should be a toilet around the pool area. No one offered to help with our suitcases when we checked out. We were on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. When eating in the restaurant the food was good but took a very long time to come out (too long) . The man cooking the eggs at breakfast was attentive and enthusiastic, very good.

2xTwin/King bed very firm, no padding. Chair in room was tippy and extremely dangerous! “Broken” main pool was disgustingly dirty. Fitness center is bad. Broken Cardio and inadequate equipment. Multiple beetles visited the room. Needs higher bedside lights. Tired…

Omelet man was great. Staff were VG. Nice room at back of property. Roomy, quiet, good AC and shower. Book exchange in lobby was useful.

I would say the hotel doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, I think it would have been 6/7 years ago, but it’s getting a little tired. The bed was as hard as a rock but the staff did pop a mattress topper on for us which made it much better.

The staff were fantastic and always willing to help. The location was a short walk from the centre. So perfect if you want a slightly quieter location but still walkable! Breakfast was really nice too.

Pretty far from the beach so better to rent a scooter if you want to be independent (next to the hotel which is very affordable) although they offer a free schutte to 3 beaches. All good here👍🏻

Poor bathroom, we stayed in a suite and needs a total renovation. Very dated! Photos are a lot nicer than in real life was quite disappointed. Total resort needs updating and painting. Breakfast very average with lots of flies about. Not great value for money.

The staff was probably the worst we encounter on our trip. Some openly ignored us while we waited and other were just plainly rude. The breakfast was a bit meh, for the price we were expecting a bit more than loaf bread.
