The bathroom outside the room & I think would be better some shelves to put your items when u are having shower.

The place is really good, I just think would be better mentioned how many beds were in the room (12) and I think the bathroom needs some improvements. The location is amazing, staffs are friendly and the room is super 👌

Ac is really cold! Bring a long sleeve T-shirt Bunks allow laying down but you can’t sit , i mean you can but then you’ll have to bend your neck Mixed dorm only!

Clean and functional at very good location. Serves the job, but not much beyond that (lacks a bit of charm and personality). So nothing bad to say about it, but also not my favorite place on this trip.

I was definitely surprised with the good service of the staff. The room is functional and although the beds are not the most comfortable in the world, I was finally able to rest. The bathroom facilities are good, functional. Regarding the location, it is quite central, almost in front of the exit and entrance of the ferries, which makes it perfect. It is also far away from the noise that is common to hear in Phi Phi. Note: there is banana and coffee always in the morning, which is an incredible plus for the place.

The hostel is very well located and easy to get to, it's only 2 minutes from the pier. The room is spacious and the air conditioning is on all day. There is only one bathroom in the room, the tip is to use the bathrooms/ showers that are on the ground floor, the shower has more pressure.

The beds were pretty hard there were only two toilets up stairs shared between 20+ guests! There is more downstairs but annoying in the morning.

Loved the location, right near the pier so it was easy when tracking with heavy bags off of the ferry! Close to shops and restaurants but also quieter at night

I just re-visited Phi Phi after living on the island for a short while just over 20 years ago and I'm saddened by the island that I see today. I was happy to leave and won't go back. If the hostel was in a different place I may have returned as there were no faults with the hostel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the place was clean. We didn't mind the upgrade to private room the first night, nor did we mind the double mattress we shared on the bottom bunk of the huge dorm the next night. Easy ish to find

Be aware that: the water in the shower and the sink is salty; only two full bathrooms for all the people, but there are showers and toilets available on the ground floor.

Perfect location. Very clean, the staff is cleaning and tidying all the time. Comfy beds, with curtains for privacy. Easy check-in and check-out. Complimentary coffee and fruits.

Not the fault of the facility but another person in the hostel was very sick and got my whole family sick.

This is a great location directly close to the pier and boats to the other islands. It is also far enough away from all the bars that you don't hear the bass going all night.

Sadly I had to sleep 3 nights next to someone who snored extremely badly, so my sleep was bad.. And it was quite pricey for being a hostel, but I stayed over NYE, so I guess that is to be expected. It's probably cheaper during normal times.

The hosts are amazing, very friendly and even call you by your name. They helped me find activities and friends.

Beds were very hard. Thought it was a bit expensive for the lack of facilities, but the cleanliness made up for it. It was not clear to me that the hostel was just one big room that is shared with about 35 guests. Take noise in consideration

I was in the top bed but the stairs were difficult to climb, there was not place to hold. Just one toilet for 15 beds, total 2 toilets for the entire hostel, it was not enough at all. I loved the staff and the common area, but so expansive for the facilities the hostel has.

Loved this hostel! Knowing phi phi to be a party island I was happy to get a good night sleep without outside disruptions, very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The location is right near the boat pier which was very handy when checking out. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again when I return!

It would benefit from a water refill station, and a better social area. Also, one bathroom in a room of 16 people was not ideal
