Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI didnt like the shower, it was riddled with mold and gave me the creeps. Since I was jetlagged and slept for 24 hours I didn't notice until late but it needs a deep cleaning. The room had a smell of mildew but it didn't overpower. Bed was super hard. I like firm but this was even too hard for me. My back screamed after laying too long.
This place is mostly clean and the staff are almost perfect. I got in on an early flight and the hotel couldn't accommodate me. After flying for 2 days I was beyond tired. In my sleep deprivation I booked two rooms instead of one. The hotel was nice enough to approve a refund on a non refundable room. Also, instead of waiting until 2pm they found me a room at 0930. I was there since 430 but I was glad they accommodated me. The employee guyct (I'm sure I'm spelling his name incorrectly) was exceptional. The air conditioner was super cold and even though I had the do not disturb sign up. Housekeeping left me two bottles of drinking water . Breakfast was convenient and great value.

SwedenFeels a bit ”old”, definitely in need of some refurbishment soon. Noisy from the street. The pool was closed and no information had beeen shared about this which was a disapointment in the heat.
The gym was great for a hotel gym. The location was also good with closeness to both BTS and many food options nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

United StatesStayed here two days and I loved the look and gym on the 7th floor. It was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. The wifi is good. The location was good I went to LifePoint church which was a 5 min grab ride. It is on the pricier side but I did a last minute booking so it wasn't that bad.

United KingdomNoisy at night. Staff needed a little reminding to carry out basic cleaning tasks. Aircon not very reliable. It worked but the controls were not in sync with the unit. After 3 attempts at getting it fixed, I settled on a program and stuck with it. Decor needs an upgrade. It’s starting to look tired.
Good Value. Staff generally really helpful. Gym great. Breakfast small but very effective. 5 hot choices. Salad. Basic pastries. Toast Etc. Good sized fridge in room. Modern plug points. USB Etc.

GermanyWe found a lot of hair from the previous guest under the shampoo bottle in the bathroom. The refrigerator was old and dirty, especially the rubber seal on the door. Very loud (therefore they offer earplugs but they didnt help much.)
The staff is very polite. The breakfast is great. The bed is comfortable.

ThailandLocation,... stuck in between 2 BTS stations. 10 minute walk to either one. Very difficult to get a car into the soi if you have to make the UTurn. Tiny car park but usually has a space. Swimming pool is a small tank on the roof, cannot even walk around it or sit beside it. No shade, so stinking hot in the day time. Small gym always full at popular times. No air con.
Very soft comfortable bed. Great rain shower in small bathroom. Plenty of sockets in the room. Some Eng progs. on the TV. Mini bar in the fridge. Great breakfast until 11am. Lovely coffee shop Casa Lapin and a Lawsons convenience store right beside the hotel. Staff were great.
