Very old & unclean hotel, very minimal staff service. -Cranky receptionist -description mentioned streaming service (netflix) but none available at rooms. -no complimentary coffee or tea at rooms -water bottles are needed to be paid

Full of bed bugs , bitten by bed bugs every night and very itchy until cannot have a good sleep. Rooms are not very sound proofed, tv no signals, glass top dusty, toilets not clean.

The hotel location was hard to find. My room was near the lift so it was a bit noisy whenever someone took the lift. It has a window but no view.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel and the rooms looked very old but thankfully it was very clean.

The location of the property is near the 7’11 store which is very convenient. Moreover, it is just walking distance to Platinum Fashion Mall, Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon.

Facade of place looks different from photos in website. Place can be maintained much better. Slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste not included in room amenities. Room not cleaned very well. Bathroom sink leaking. Safety deposit box not working although staff attends to guests reporting maintenance issues right away.

Staff are accommodating. Good location, near main road, convenience store, walking distance to spa & Platinum Mall. Quiet area. Comfortable bed, room interiors ok.

Location is amazing. 5 mins walk to Platinum mall. 1 min walk to 7 eleven. Very good location for people who like to shop around Platinum and Pratunam area. I’ve stayed in this hotel for 5 times in my last 8 visits. This is not a hotel for those who enjoy hotel’s facilities. If your itinerary is to be out of the hotel whole day, only back to the hotel for bath and sleep. This is a good one. Price is ok and room is spacious.

My bedsheet had a red stain on it. Room a bit dark even with all the lights on.

Big room with full length mirror which i really liked. location was great. Close to metro and close to MBK, Siam Paragon shopping centers. Clean. Staff friendly.

towels are ripped. no free slippers. lights in the bathroom keeps on blinking. room and cr light is dark. if you turn off the room switch, turns off the bathroom light also. hallway smells. the guy front desk is rude.

The location is fantastic, just down the road from all the main shopping areas and very close to the BTS. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the value for money is excellent, especially given the location.

The ambiance is not really welcoming. Hallway is too dark, have stinky smell, the bathroom smells bad and sink is clogging. Disappointment with this hotel.

During last day, the housekeeping left one bottle mineral water that already open in our room. Hence, during our checkout they want to charge us for the mineral water.

The room and bed so comfortable. The location very strategic. Most of place just 700 meter away. It very near to platinum mall where there is food street available. But the price of the food street so expensive.

there was a really bad smell from the bathroom drainage system,, the commode was leaking as well,, overall washroom was not clean at all. Also, the reception staff couldn't provide my name and information [even though i filled out a form while checking in providing all my info] when my tour guide came for looking for me. the staff quoted no one was staying at the hotel in my name. She couldn't bother to search their database thoroughly.
