It wasn’t a negative for us but know that you aren’t able to walk to lots of things. Not a problem for us because we didn’t want to leave this amazing property.

There’s a reason they only get five stars! We didn’t want to leave. The hospitality was incredible. Unbelievably good service in every department. The jacuzzi suite was gorgeous and quite luxurious. Such a beautiful setting with lots of peace. Excellent beach.

Very quiet hotel, and the vegetation is breathtaking. The ideal hotel for relaxing. Stuff very friendly and helpful, both restaurants excellent, in the Thai restaurant large selection for vegetarians. Breakfast time daily 7.00- 17.00 a'la carte is a great concept, and very unique.

At the arrival then the second day and my last day, the reception lady "Thip" asking me when I was leaving and how to book a taxi to airport... obviously more expensive than the market price! Arriving in such desired paradise, it doesn't feel good to be regularly asked about when you're leaving ;)

Ideal hotel for honeymooners: exceptional decoration, location, refined food.... The extra mile of the decoration room, restaurant and beach club team! Just a superb hotel with great service

The beds were a bit hard but we also found that everywhere in Thailand.

The location with a private beach was stunning! The service was incredible as everyone was kind and attentive. The breakfast menu was extensive and high quality. Loved the peaceful atmosphere and size of this resort. The rooms were massive!

The hotel was stunning. The staff were all very professional and they all brought a smile on our faces on a daily bases. There is nothing negative about this property.

The property is absolutely stunning and faultless,it is well looked after and maintained , very tranquil and relaxing. Just what we were looking for, we also booked some amazing trips with the sarojin team. One being a bamboo raft down the river where we had an amazing meal by the river and to the elephant sanctuary with our lovely guide Sonya who made our day so special.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Everything. This place is just something. I’ve been to 36 countries and multiple times in Thailand, so I’ve seen some places, but this hotel is the only one that got me crying when I was leaving, it’s not only because the nature is stunning and everything is very beautifully designed, but because of the staff! People who work there are exceptional, they made our stay very comfortable and we felt very welcomed there. I recommended it to all my friends and I hope to come here again. Also the food in the restaurant is very tasty, didn’t expect it to be SO good.

Cons (not much): I would say that the photos on booking (pool residence) a little misleading. You Have the impression that the garden is pointed to the jungle or something, which make the room perfectly private, but in fact - it pointed to the hotel main sidewalk. So guests & employee can see you while in pool. Not only that, you have neighbours on top of you (2nd floor). We barely felt them (54 rooms only at the entire hotel). But we got a little disappointed to realize our suite was not as private as we expected, as seems from the pictures. Toilet the door is half transparent and not exactly closing all the way. The fourth wall is not exist, making all the smells go to the tab and showers area.

Near perfection! 9.6/10 Absolutely amazing! One of the best 5 hotel experience!! Luxurious fun and peaceful stay which would be very ideal for a couple. Super beautiful hotel, 10/10 breakfast! All great quality and including coffee. service is top notch - every request happens fast and room service maybe 3 times a day without need to ask for. Adults only! Have gym and private beach. Rooms are luxurious. We took pool residence which was amazing!!! A bit expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. There are 2 showers and! A beautiful tab. We are a couple and I chose to propose here, which was just the best location for the event. I got also assistance from the staff. Very recommended (:

Not at all affected the value and enjoyment of this stay, but only thing to improve in my opinion is the gym - it has only one bench with dumbbells, some cardio machines and one multi-purpose cable machine. Usually resorts of this scale has bigger fitness centers

Amazing setting, super luxurious, calm, allows real relaxation. Breakfast is simply wow, the best I’ve had in any hotel. Staff and service are impeccable, they’d do anything for your stay. Wouldn’t think of any other place in Khao Lak

The beach area is pretty small and due to the fact that the resort is pretty small, there are only 2 restaurants. Also, the hotel is quite isolated.

The attention to detail in the room. There are bottle of waters everywhere in the room, the also give mosquito repellent every day, beach bag, also we received water bottle recipients (which are a gift). The bathroom is very nice (bathtub and shower area). The pool area is also nice

It took us a long time to pick the perfect honeymoon hotel after thinking a lot and after considering many hotels, we decided to go to the Sarojin hotel or is it a resort? I don’t know, but what I know is, we had the best honeymoon in this place, I couldn’t ask for a better place to spend it. Everything was great, starting from the first time we got in we were welcomed and we got the best service there. The private beach is isolated and rather splendid. The first time we got to our room we had a honeymoon surprise, and we had free champagne from the property, they took us in with love and warmth. we felt safe and the place itself was quiet, people there and employers were were extremely nice and we were surrounded by the best quality service ever. We thank the Sarojin for a lifetime experience and we deeply thank Thip for helping us with with all we needed, she was kind and helpful .

Just that there was a small water issue. It probably was just a one time thing. Food was ok at Ficus.

Amazing ambience. Such peace. Great food at the Beachfront restaurant. Loved the Fixed menu sample options. The bathroom was amazing. Service again was so good. Everyone was very hospitable and nice. They was all very proactive. I liked how the owners have names the cottages with the names of the people who helped build them. Loved the cool towel each time we came back tired. And loved the flowers and room arrangements. It was a very relaxed and comfortable stay.

The best hotel I have ever been to. The description and photos on the website do not reflect how amazing this place is. The place is beautiful, the rooms and the pool are surrounded by beautiful garden. Breakfast is brilliant - there is a great choice of thai traditional food as well as European one, there are also plant-based options available, which I really appreciated. The staff is helpful and very professional but also friendly. I hope I will come back one day to this paradise.
