Pillows needs to be better quality, and the bed in the platform is dangerous in the night time. Should be better facilities in the kitchen.

Stuff was 100% supportive in everything. Location the best - a great beach. Everything is close and convenient. Very enjoyable architecture. A lot of privacy. Nice music from the morning. Very good massage facilities. Big fridge is practical. Gym is nice.

The hotel doesn't look as good as it does in the photos after 10 years.

This hotel is really nice, but the issue is that the photos were taken 10 years ago, so some things don't look the way they used to. Some solutions are outdated. Anyway, the stay was very pleasant, but considering the price, it doesn't deserve a 10. Worth mentioning is that the food is really good, the staff is very nice, the rooms are clean, and the pools are attractive. Just some renovations, and it will be really good.

Only one remark. But for me important. When you check in, the first thing they say is "welcome", and the second is can you sign here the paper that you need to pay 3500 bath (100 euro) penalty if you lose your key. This gave me a very weerd, rather bad first impression. I would suggest to the hotel, that they show first the room, and ask to sign the paper when they hand over the keys. By that time, the guest have an understanding of the situation

Very nice and very large rooms, Enormous big bed (2 king size large), large private pool, very quiet, and extremely private. Once you stay there you understand why they call it "Secret" pool villas. Very nice concept.

mosquitos but this can be solved with the anti spray that is provided by the hotel, the swimming pool in the villa was a little bet dirty because of birds stool but this was resolved by hanging a rubber toy snake on the tree :) it has been done by the house keeping. good job!

prepare your camera for check in as you will be walked into a maze through a black door that is used one. Best time for check in is during sunset. I am not going to ruin it. I am sure you will enjoy it. the design of the villa the size of the bed . the hotel was a different experience. it is just amazing for a relaxing break. breakfast is very good and the staff are super friendly. the Central mall (which is an outdoor one ) is a 5 mins walking. ooh another thing which we appreciate is observing the flights while approaching the airport which was interesting as well.

Nothing really.

Room was fantastic with the biggest bed ever. Two king beds put together. Both my wife and I could starfish on the bed and not kick each other :). The private pool and jacuzzi were also great. Location was also great. walking distance to everything you would need.

The hotel needs really some maintenance as the gap between the pictures and the current state is significant.

some staff were not accommodating and often rude (a couple were lovely). the hotel is not in a nice area (ok for us as a short stay on way back to airport but would be disappointed if this was for a main holiday stay). the hotel and rooms are in great need of maintenance and are quite shabby. the concept is good and I’m sure the hotel was once amazing but is now tired and overpriced as a result. the library was closed. the bar isn’t welcoming and is resembles a reception counter. very few facilities. my son had a nut allergic reaction whilst staying at the hotel and needed to get to hospital - the staff were not helpful, I found a taxi on the road outside which the staff suggested I didn’t use as it wasn’t the the taxi they had booked despite needing to get my son to a and e; I was shocked with the lack of awareness and assistance in the circumstances. I had already formed the above views on the hotel prior to this incident.

we stayed in a private pool villa which was spacious and pleasant. the beach outside the hotel is nice.
