AC outdoor units were located at the balcony and were very loud. Sometimes had to switch it off if we want to sit outside.

Perfectly located, closer to all the main areas. Spacious and clean apartments. Gym and Infinity pool was amazing. Staffs were very helpful with everything and even gave us an early check-in. Always available on WA if you needed them.

Nothing to be honest. Everything was great.

The best place to stay while on vacation in patong! This was my second time in bliss condo. Property comes with nice view from balcony & pool with a view of the ocean. Everything is just walking distance, 7/11, restaurants, money exchange. Will definitely stay here during my future visits to phuket.

There was a strange ritmical noise during the nights.

It is a fantastic accomodation with a beautifull view from the roof-pool (even at night). It has also a fair equipped gym. The road to the hotel is a little bit steep, but fully worth it for the view.

Prime location for night market. All facilities near by. Staff very friendly and helpful. We forgot our bag pack in a taxi and staff helped us to get that back. Amazing customer service. We had a fantastic stay at this plc. Higher recommended 👌 Will definitely come back to this place .

Quite a hike to get back up to the apartments from the Main road which gets tiresome.

This was a great apartment to stay at. The only downside is it's a bit far from the beach (about a 10-12min walk). But, to make up for that, the roof has a pool with an amazing view overlooking the whole city and the beach too. We ended up spending a lot of time by the pool instead of going to the beach, but were very happy to do so. The apartment itself was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. A bit small, but we didn't mind and we had a great time staying there. If you're more than 2 people it would be too cramped (I'm not sure if they offer that as an option, but just a heads up) but for 2 people it's a perfect size. If you're a couple and want a calm, relaxed vacation with the best pool you can get, we'd highly recommend staying here!

Our shower did not drain the best

Such a great property. It was quiet and clean. The room was big and the AC worked really well. The pool was also very nice. Short walk to the beach.

Besides the crazy hill, there were a couple of strange things in the apartment though: Only a handheld shower, no stationary shower head. No bar soap, only liquid.

This place was great except for the hill, which is impossible. The facilities have everything you need. A great apartment, modern and clean. Very reasonably priced. Great rooftop pool. The hill is really an issue though if you don't have your own transportation. We had to pay 330 baht for a taxi to take us up the hill each time we needed to. It is a walk of 200 meters but straight up.

The smoking at the non-smoking pool area. This is totally unacceptable for a worker (who was apparently a contractor) smoked non stop (chain smoked) in a clearly marked non smoking area and he refused to stop smoking. The fact that he was a contractor doesn't really help me. This ruined my day at the pool since I am highly intolerant to smoke (it makes me physically ill). I was therefore unable to use the pool until some other staff member came to tell him to stop smoking. I am pretty sure that absolutely no action will be taken against this staff member/contractor and that he will continue to smoke in a non-smoking area.

Size of the apartment. Value for money. Host Pang was very helpful. Location was very good.

A lot of people missed about the steps up the steep hill but we used it to get our steps in!

The climb up the hill to reach the apartment is a bit challenging so we rented a scooter. Tuk tuks tend to charge extra because of the slope.

Pang's excellent service and the room we booked. The studio was spacious with a nice balcony. Felt like a home away from home. All amenities were in the room including a washing machine, microwave, induction stove and a toaster (because we both love the toasties here). We arrived around 9 am and were extremely tired but Pang managed to sort us an early check in. I just love these extra services. There was even a minor issue in the shower which I notified and by the time we got back to the room it was fixed. Simply brilliant stay. Highly recommended if you don't mind the climb to the apartment.

The maid service was promised every other day. We stayed for 11 nights and had only two maid visits, so that wasn’t great. I stayed at the Bliss and the big hill up to it may put off some people.
