excellent place to stay with proper kitchen, good rooftop swimming pool, etc note that the hotel is on a pretty steep hill. this was ok for me but could be difficult for people with restricted mobility

AzerbaijanWe faced an issue with our payment related to booking.com, which left us waiting at the reception for 5–6 hours. In the end, they asked us to make an additional payment to proceed. On top of that, their POS machine did not support contactless payments, and they did not accept dollars. This forced us to go to a bank to exchange dollars for Thai baht, which was quite inconvenient.
There is a pool on the top of the building where you can view the Phuket.

ItalyUnfortunately the apartment are old and need to fix many things. Photos are nice , everything looks new, but it is not new , it old worn out. Need to buy new blackout curtains , to much light in the room early morning , it is hard to sleep. A/C very noisy in the bedroom and living room. Everything is very old, included the flooring.
Nice roof top with view , 20 minute by walk from Phuket city center , 10 minutes from the beach. The A/C was no working , the staff fixed the problem in 1 hour. Nice garage for cars and motorbike.

As a matter of fact we started our vacation in this property with a “left leg” . although we arrived at the property on Sunday afternoon, our room wasn’t ready so we needed to wait more the 1:20 hrs to get our room ready for check in. In general it’s a nice design room, with balcony, but the bad part is that the air conditioners compressor were also located on the balcony, so in addition to the natural heat we received free heat and noise. The tv remote wasn’t working so we need to wait until Friday noon to get a new one. Cleaning service was very busy and not on time, so we need to wait three days to get new towels change and bedding services. The swimming pool is really cool, with great view, located on the property roof. You need to climb one floor stairs to get there, there is no disabled access. In this point I’ll mention that hotel is located on a high hills, the way up by walking is really hard for eldest, otherwise you use a car or motorbike The staff was really friendly but the service in general was lacking. Sorry for this review but that was our welcoming experience

SwitzerlandThe biggest problem is that it lies on a hill and you meed a scooter or car or do all with taxi/bold. That means extra cost. Walking is doable but when somebody can not walk good a hilclimb of more than 45 percent is heavy.

TurkeyAir conditioner smells like pee. The room always smells mildly disgusting. The toilet plugged once. It was a horrible experience. The water is slowly draining in the shower. Apparently very poor maintenance. They gave me a room initially which looks at a tall gray wall. I complained. Asked, how this is a garden view? This is so depressing. Then, they changed the room. The Bliss building is on top of a steep hill so the location is discouraging to go out several times a day. Once I wrote them on WAPP, they haven't replied for hours. I asked why you don't respond me? They see my messages but just ignore. Then, I say it is urgent (the toilet plug). They immediately called. I asked why you don't respond me for hours unless I say it is an emergent situation. The house keeper is also terrible. While the balcony doors were open, they run the air conditioners. Are you for real? Is it a waste of energy. I realized that the air conditioner was leaking water. I wrote them. They handled that the next day. They don't work during the night. No lobby. Nothing. So you are alone in the night. There is a close by mosque which frequently prays loudly so it is hard to maintain sleep.
Has washing machine 👍🏻 Deserved one point for that.

South AfricaThe steep to get to the property from the main road. It’s an exercise but can be too much. Some drivers don’t want to go up the road, some tuktuks find it hard to drive up. Card should be activated upon arrival to avoid back and forth .
The pool was great and big. The apartment was spacious enough for one person. The security and reception ladies were friendly. They should have an iron and ironing board in the apartment instead of having to ask for it.

Saudi Arabiathe location is very high so it was difficult for us to climb the road even though there were stairs on the left side of the road. when we come home from Jungceylon, many Grab drivers refused our orders after finding out our destination location

United Kingdom-Location is quite out of the way and some would struggle with the hill -Gym was poor and lots smaller than the pictures suggest -No basic cooking Ingredients (salt, pepper or oil) provided at all - Had to pay for washing detergent - Had to request things like washing up liquid, a sponge etc - unnecessary hassle
