Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I think some of the front staff could use some more customer service training. - Not all of the staff, some were very helpful, however some were very useless.
The cleaning staff were excellent, room was always cleaned well. The pool was very nice and easy to access.

Good choice at breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I'm not sure if there is much difference in the rooms and whether I was actually in the type of room I booked. The room was a good size, clean but I didn't like the grids on the windows.

The odd cobweb here and there.
The staff are so lovely. The location is balanced between central yet off the main road. Pool and gym are a bonus. Laundry service was useful.

Nothing worth noting.
Close to the shops, bars, restaurants and beach. The room was a good size. The pool is large and has lots of sun beds.

A slight smell in room, but it disappeared when aircon was on. No terrace. Said garden or city view, all we had was roofs room 5 min walk from reception, bit like a maze. Had to request sheets changed after being there 5 nights. Beds a bit hard.
10 mins from good beach, away from the noise. Pool excellent. Breakfast good, but there before 9am.

The smell in the room but only a minor thing. Everything else was nice would stay here again.
The room was clean and spacious. Cleaned daily by housekeeping. There was an unusual smell in the room but it was manageable. The pool was lovely with lots of sunbeds and a pool bar. Hotel is central with bars and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was nice, fresh prepared eggs was nice too.

Was a bit far from centre & 1 key for 2 people so had take it with us no electricy when took key very fly so they can save on electricity everything gets switch off even fridge wouldn't go back want to extort money from you if you take bottle water from room not on manager should do more to please guest as we are paying over the yop for room which is really not worth money any hotel in high season

Gym was ok. Could have more free weights. A/C unit in our room leaked and flooded the outside patio, so we were unable to use it Chaweng beach while a beautiful beach and very clean, was way too crowded and the surf was a bit strong
Great buffet breakfast! We stayed for 7 nights and the breakfast had a great variety of foods, all you can eat. Pool was large, very clean and cool refreshing water with comfortable lounge chairs, plenty of sun and shade and a nice bar area.

A little bit out the way of all that Chaweng has to offer so taxis required or a long walk. Whilst the room is nice we were staying on the 3rd floor, the elevator only goes to the second floor and then you have cross bridge to a different building and walk up some stairs.
Big room with all the essentials provided, friendly staff and decent options at breakfast.

I was given another room than booked, they were full!! I knew that she was not telling the truth, after that i got angry with her and went back to my room. I received a phone call that they had another room! This sort practise have to stop, and booking has to stop siiting on the fence! I have made more than 100 bookings with booking, this is simply not on! If i wasn'y an experienced traveller, i would have sat in i room i didnt request. I am happy that the issue was resolved, but i gave unneccesary stress!!

It attracts the Chaweng crowd: lots of people playing loud music in their rooms and smoking pot on the balcony. Not the hotel’s fault, but something to keep in mind. My 2-night neighbors were decent, thank god.
Decent hotel but during the high season a bit too expensive for what it was. My room was quiet and clean. Including breakfast, simple but with everything you need.

Wifi was sporadic and poor.
Fairly basic hotel , but with good facilities. Pool was clean. Breakfast varied . Staff were exceptional. Big effort made for Xmas.
