Not sure if it was the room or the bed but seemed to be bitten a few times when sleeping.

It was really close to the beach and other tourist attractions. The staff were super helpful when booking an early morning taxi. Water refilled every morning which was great

WiFi was unusable for most of the time and the shower/bathroom smelt like sewers making it quite unpleasant to use. Staff could be a bit friendlier

The smell through our drains in the room was really bad at times. The hotel is a little bit out from everything (25 min walk) but this is to be expected with the price. The Wi-Fi was also very spotty and just didn’t work sometimes. The staff don’t help with transfers or organising trips etc. despite having signs in reception for transfers to Koh Phangan etc. When we went to check out we were told we needed to wait 5/10 mins for the cleaners to check the room, despite telling her that we were rushing for a boat. We were also presented with a bill for 850 baht that was not ours. This problem was rectified relatively quickly.

The rooms were really spacious and the bed was big enough and comfortable. The rooms were clean and modern with air conditioning that worked really well. The pool was really nice and caught the sun all day. They also give you 2 bottles of free water everyday.

Only reason it doesn’t get a 10 was because the wifi didn’t work in our room where we were situated. It worked everywhere else though just fine.

The pool and staff were incredible. Good location, not great. Close to the beach and good restaurants around, but farther away from downtown Chaweng. Which we knew going in so no score drop because of that. Good tiny gym to use, but gets crowded. Staff were so polite and helped with everything we needed. Supercheap located right behind the facility that’s open 24/7 for snacks and whatever else you need.

The WiFi was unusable. Pool towels are only available between 10 am and 5 pm.

Big pool. Spacious room. Modern bathroom. Close to some nice local restaurants and about 1.5km walk away from the busy central samui strip. Very friendly staff. Laundry available for a 60 baht/kg. Super cheap a supermarket is right behind the hotel.

Everything was ok.

I was here 17 days , very nice staff, in my room everything was good. Very good, big swimming pool with good price beer. Around this location you can find everything what you need ( shops, laundry, bike rental, local food, massage , cheap market + 7/11, about 10 minutes walking to the beach). Verticolor is well organised hotel.

No complaints, location wise it’s probably a good 15-20 minutes until you hit the busiest part of the town but we knew that before we booked. Very handy to hop on one of their taxi trucks if needs be for about €2.

Really nice hotel! Rooms very spacious and beds comfortable. Room cleaned every day so fresh sheets, towels etc provided every day. The pool area is really nice & well maintained with a good bar & pool towels provided. Lots of restaurants/shops etc as you head left & right out of the hotel. Really good value for money! Really enjoyed our stay.

Bit of a walk to the main strip.

Great staff helped us a lot with visa extension and other enquiries. Lovely pool and cheap drinks. Great rooms and super clean, cleaners ask if you want ur room cleaned everyday. Location was fine around 10 minute walk to the main bars and shops. We stayed here twice as we loved it so much.

The personnel was not as friendly as in other hotels on our trip through Thailand. The lobby and halls didn't have AC which makes it quite warm during the day. The AC in the room made quite some noise, even when on the lowest grade. They have 3 different WIFI connections, all with the same name (which made it difficult to find the best one). The WIFI was also not very stable, not in the least in our room.

The swimming pool was large and well maintained, and the poolbar was great with cheap and nice cocktails. The room was clean, big and overall was within what we expected of the room. The breakfast was nice.
