Hike up the hill was tough but the view was worth it!

Really clean and comfortable and spacious for a hostel. Beds were big and had curtains all the way around. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Really enjoyable stay!

Staff wasn't available after 7 pm or so. Couple of people misplaced their key card while returning to the hostel and no one was there to help or call. They had to sleep outside. One day we ran out of water and no one was available to refill the water filter.

Mattress was very hard. Location is a bit far since it's up a steep hill but it's definitely worth it for the view and to be away from the madness in the village.

The women here are amazing and so caring and helpful. Room is spacious and the bunk beds are big and feel very private. Two bathrooms in the room really clean.

A bit of a walk from the pier and the last part is up a very steep hill! However they did have a Porter who took our bags up for us all the way from the pier which was amazing and very much appreciated in the heat!

An amazing view of the island from the hostel! The staff were lovely and we loved the free toast, biscuits and selection of hot drinks! The dorm room was big with good a/c and the 2 bathrooms in the dorm were regularly cleaned.

It is quite far from the main area in phi phi so you do get sweaty going up the hill, but it's so worth it!

Everything was amazing, the staff very friendly, the view of the hostel is perfect 🤩 two hours before arrive to phi phi they send me a message for waiting and help to bring as bag was very kind. I 💯 recommend this hostel is the best in Koh phi phi

It's up a bit of a hill, but it's worth every step, because you get an amazing view and amazing hostel. Plus they take your bags up for you. So just book, you won't regret it.

The staff and facilities were amazing! The staff are amazing it's actually like having a mum away from home 😂 clean sheets and towels everyday, washing and folded clothes every morning. It's the best hostel I have stayed in in Thailand.

At the top of a very steep hill. This was not a problem for me, but likely will be for those with mobility issues.

Very clean, comfy large beds, accommodating staff. Stayed in the 12-bed mixed dorm and it was very quiet, cold and dark. Gorgeous views! They will help with luggage transfer to and from the pier… request it unless you want to SWEAT.

Nothing not to like

Booked 3 times in my 7 night stay. First time to check it out ...amazing so booked second night. Tried to book 3rd night but it was full. Booked third time fir 4 more nights till end of my holiday. Thats should speak for itself..alreay reviwed previously

Holiday ended. Sad to say goodbye to staff had good laughs.

Clean. Everything works. Free free free. tea coffee and snacks also pot noodles.A fridge, snorkels, beach towels, locks, ear buds, some more bits and bobs like cotton buds, and more that i cant rmember, great view, small waterproof bag. Waterproof phone holder, big lonuge area, stagf amazing, ac working and on all the time.. 10min climb if you want to burn calories but can be difficult for others. Lounging hut, sell drinks when staff are there from around 7am till 8pm. Booked one night turned into 7 nights. Luggage pick up at puer. Just message them beforehand. Less than 10 min walk to town. A convineince shop 2 mins away and laundry service nearby. Will always stay here when im back in 2 years

Slightly difficult to get too (up a bit hill) but one of the staff helped with bags which was nice.

Stunning views & comfy beds. Super lovely family & though the breakfast was just toast there was also noodles for free for lunch or dinner if you wanted & so so many toiletries/bug spray etc available to use which was a nice touch.

The room I was in is spacious and clean (they clean your bed everyday so you get a fresh towel each day, the toilets is been clean daily as well), the aircon worked perfectly well. The had some products like shampoo and soup for everyone to use. Same with breakfast, you can easily make a toast and have a coffee looking at the nice view from the balcony. The stuff was very kind and helpful.

The location can be accessed through an uphill road. Those people with knee problems need to be prepared. Otherwise, acceptable!

I didn't know that snacks were included! They offer free drinks like water, coffee, milk, tea, and snacks like cup noodles and loaf bread (with choice of margarine or strawberry spread). At the same time, they offer shower towel, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower cap, cotton swabs), hair blower, and iron and ironing board. It is totally a great value for what I paid. And the view, ugh. Breathtaking!
