Breakfast not was a great as Westin standard. Dining room always late so the food you ordered become COLD when reaching your room!

The food was very good, a choice of 3 restaurants with different cuisine. The staff were excellent, very nice people, very polite and friendly. The room I had initially had a private pool right out in front of the room on the balcony, but it was shared by two rooms which ended up being a bit creepy as strangers could be in your private pool right outside your sliding door and balcony (and they were one night)- and can see straight into your room. The air conditioner leaked into my suitcase while I was at breakfast, so I got moved to a suite which had its own pool and balcony, a nice couch, much more comfortable. So I would recommend the suites but not the room with shared private pool unless you’re traveling in a group. The beach is safe for swimming, no waves (it’s a bay), and cordoned off. Views were stunning. What made it? The wonderful staff. And the spa and massages are very good.

Nice hotel, nice view, with supportive team. BUT : Apart a good breakfast buffet, the rest of the F&B was disappointing… with few choices and poorly executed. Also, Only 1 plug working properly in the bedroom, despite reporting the problem everyday ! The cleanliness of the bedroom and the SPA was less than average.

Dirty bathroom, mold growing form the joints on tiles! Shower heard 🤢couch in the room was sunken, and full of pillows, same with the materace PRETTY used and should be replaced like a season ago. AC loud even on the lowest setting so forget about the sleeping. I think that the staff do not get the required resources to keep it well. Definitely should not have 5 stars! Rods next to the swimming pool in my room barley holding, same with some at the main resort pool. I’m pretty disappointed about the conditions of rooms and swimming pools. Don’t worth the money. AVOID at any cost!

Too hilly. Too far from anything else eg convenience stores. Beach wasn’t great. Sea wasn’t gd enough to swim or stroll. The extra bed in the room had sheets that smelt ( e we didn’t use it ) but the smell was permeable.

We stayed here about 10 years ago and were blown away, but it does feel that there hasn’t been much investment since and some of the rooms and facilities are a little tired around the edges.

One thing to be aware of is the tiles in the pool. Both my partner and I injured our feet while walking around the pool area. It’s something to watch out for, especially if you are coming with kids. The prices at the restaurant are a bit steep for what you get, the overall experience was definitely worth it.

This hotel is exactly what you’d expect from a resort – truly a paradise getaway! There are three pools, each offering a unique vibe, so you can choose between a relaxing, vibrant, or more private atmosphere. The morning buffet is fantastic, with a wide variety of options and the added bonus of being able to order coffee and eggs exactly how you like them – omelette, scrambled, and more. The buggy service is super efficient, making it easy to navigate the large resort. The gym is top-notch, with an amazing view that makes your workout a bit more enjoyable. Speaking of views, the sunsets here are absolutely breathtaking – a perfect way to end the day. Plus, the private beach is a real highlight, offering a peaceful spot to relax by the water. All in all, it was a great experience, with everything you need for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Good breakfast but the selection of cheese, salami, and salads was not very varied. The sweets part varied from my point of view, apart from being fruit-based, the rest being sugar-based. Pastries from frozen products. Prosecco and fresh juice with pay.

The staff is very helpful. The rooms are large, elegant, comfortable and clean. Transportation within the resort is provided by club cars. Stand-Up Paddle (SUP) boards, kayaks and water shoes are free of charge.

It was a very relaxing and beautiful spot to chill for a few days. The breakfast is terrific and the rooms spotless.

Staff were very friendly and eager to help. Being a Bonvoy member was worth it as we decided to stay an extra day and they kept us in an upgraded suit at the price for a Deluxe King.

There seems to be a significant gap in communication skills among staff members, leading to a lack of accountability for their statements. I found myself needing to engage with several individuals to obtain accurate answers and effective solutions to a problem.

It’s a beautiful property and the honeymoon couples enjoyed their stay.

Some staff member's cannot speak English well. Some toilets haven't water facility. They are extra charge for water bottles (in the Dining room ) when I'm already in half board package

It's located in beautiful place and they have private beach.They provide golf cars for inside transport. Foods was tasty and good variety ☺️ Staff was friendly

Rooms are a little tired considering what we paid. Pool bars are great but call buttons so we could order from sun loungers would be good. Beach bar closed at 6 sadly!

Great breakfast with good selection and wonderful views. Pools were good. Quiet whdn we arrived. Regular buggies to help you get up the hill. Lovely upgrade that was appreciated! Staff were lovely.

Needs a bit of a refresh, we were also put in a room at the very top of the resort which required a lot of walking at times and I’m not sure if the hotel was full or if they just chose to put us there

Couple bugs and not super clean. The staff were amazing though and moved us to a better upgraded room when we pointed this out.

We wanted a resort with a view of the sea and this delivered - stunning views! Breakfast was really good and spa facilities also really nice.

Arbitrary charges applied at check-out to mini-bar/in-room dining use. These were not incurred by us but in order to quickly settle the invoice to catch flight had to pay. On contacting hotel afterwards, no response received.
