We stayed for three nights in the *Tree House Bungalow* on Koh Tao, and it was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. The hosts are incredibly kind and treat you like family—always happy to chat and ready to help with anything you need. The bungalow itself was beautiful: clean, comfortable, and offering a breathtaking view. Waking up to that panorama was an unforgettable experience. The food was also amazing—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Without a doubt, we highly recommend this place to everyone. If you’re looking for a unique and heartwarming stay on Koh Tao, this is the perfect choice!

Everything. Staff (everybody) was very very friendly. The View was great, the food was awesome and the atmosphere great. It was also great that you could dispose of your own rubbish on site (there was a room service but if you have fruits etc. it's helpful to bring your rubbish away from your bungalow). Amazing views, lovely restaurant on site. Staff were great and super helpful. Mozzie nets always a plus. Genuinely gorgeous authentic vibes. Did I mention the view?!

The bathroom is quite a bit old some renovation might be better. But actually didn't mind that much 😊

The bungalows are very cute with an awesome view that you can enjoy from the balcony and the hammock provided. The breakfasts included are big and yummy, and the restaurant serves really good food. Staff was very useful and kind.

Cabin was overall good but was missing a place to hang/dry towels and table surfaces (to put some stuff on).

Location was amazing, just few mins from the main road. Staff was helpfull and very kind throughout our stay. Food served was really great as well! Definitely worth to have your meal with the view it comes with! Also great detail was the mosquito net above the bed.

The only downside was being close to a road but it wasn't that busy.

An amazing location with view over the treetops down to the coast. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They even invited us to their staff barbeque on the second night. The rooms were super comfy and spacious.

The bungalows are located just near a quite trafficked road which we didn’t realize. It was quite noisy at times from the traffic. You need to rent a scooter to get around. But they rent them very affordable so as long as you can drive it’s no problem.

The common area and restaurant is amazing and so tranquil. All of the food including breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee. Really nice staff and beautiful views.

As mentioned earlier, the mattress. Also has limited accessibility if one is not very mobile given the many and steep stairs. :)

Stayed in the suite, with absolutely gorgeous views from a huge balcony. Very large room, my only beef was with the mattress, that was very soft and we constantly felt like we were sinking in it. The room also have a bathtub with equally beautiful views over the bay. The staff is very courteous and the breakfast was very generous and delicious. Not recommended for those who dont like stairs. :D

The stairs were so hard to climb, especially if you have big luggages. There are some weird animals as you are in the middle of the jungle so don’t be afraid.

The staff was so lovely and adorable. The view from our room was a dream, and the restaurant was also perfect, the food was tasty, delicious and so cheap. 5 min from the town, and you can get a taxi at any point in 5 minutes to rent a scooter.

We had room serviced for only 1 day of our 5 day stay and we were unsure of the schedule and there was no door sign. But they provide you with brooms and cloths so we didn’t mind too much. The bathroom shower could use a shelf for bathroom amenities and there is a slight smell of ammonia.

Loved the scenery, it was the perfect place to relax and wind down. Staff are super friendly and they are able to assist with taxi, moped hiring, and activities on the island. The in house restaurant is brilliant! we ate here most nights and the breakfast was my favourite, everything is cooked fresh to order. We booked the deluxe room and it was spacious and had a brilliant view. We spent most of our time at the tree house and we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Nothing I didn’t like. I would advise to have transport, although I opted not to I managed to get into the main pier by taxi also on one day staff from the hotel kindly gave me a lift!

The location is stunning. The staff were super friendly and so so helpful. Absolutely loved this place. I wanted a quiet stay away from crowds this was perfect!

You should take in account 2 things: 1. You’re inside the jungle, so it’s possible to see some small animals inside the bungalow, don’t ask me how I know it 😂 2. You need a motorbike to arrive places around this amazing island, because it’s a bit isolated place, but it also the magic. In the last line - I really enjoyed this place, I recommend!

Restaurant prices were a little high for what they were compared to elsewhere.

Awesome spot. Lovely staff. Had a great time. Good value and a nice outlook on the sea facing Koh Phanghan.
