Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the hotel provided only one keycard even i traveled with my partner. the elevator and the stair requires key card to access which means that you would have to remove the keycard from the room if one of us would go to the lobby or the car and the room would have no electricity for another one who is still in the room.
the location is good for business travelers because the hotel located on the highway which is convenient to travel to any place without traffic.

The pillows in my room were very thin and it was uncomfortable to sleep on. I suggested you call the receptionist asking for more pillows) There is a bit of mold on our side pillow sheet but we did not use it anyway.
The location is great. It’s on the main road, easy to find and close to many of tourist spots. The building is new and super clean. Car park is available. There’s an amazing restaurant located in the back of the hotel called Kenghom แกงหอม.

There is no digital door lock so you have to use the key to lock the door.
The room is clean and there is a restaurant in the hotel name Ganghom which is very delicious.

The toilet hose was leaking - the water pipe was switched off instead which made the toilet not function and we had to turn the water supply on and off every time we wanted to use the toilet.

A foot towel look not clean. Breakfast has many choices but taste is so so. Wifi router is on working table but signal is poor so have to use hot spot from personel mobile.
Location is good for us. Design looks minimal and clean. In the same area, there is a restaurant and cafe where locate in the garden. The hotel has some activities for guest (not free) such as city tour and onzen in the hotel. Onzen use solar cell as main power so it can open till 6.00pm only.

The hotel locate next to an abandoned building looks scary because it is so close to it. Breakfast was a little dull. There should be more of the northern Thai dish. Only one lift. But the most disturbing thing is that the wall isn't sound-proof, which is very bad. It's very noisy outside and from the room next door.
This hotel appears to be brand new and immaculate. The space is spotless. The air conditioner provides a pleasant sensation. They also feature an EV charger.

A nice hotel but not quite what was expected. The executive suite Spa bath was just a standard bath so really not worth the increased rate.

The building and room do not feel at all like a 4 star hotel. Room is like a studio room in a building that looks and feels like a condo. Cold minimalist style. No design to the grey cold feeling rooms. Not even a wardrobe, just a rail. Very very soft bed. No swimming pool. Light switch for the bed lights in a bizarre location Expensive for what you get. Just about OK for a 1 night stop passing thru. We would not stay there again. And lastly I really did not like getting an email from the hotel asking me to give a 5 star rate and a 10 before we even arrived. Bad move mister General Manager.
Easy to find. Big car park. Good dinner in the restaurant. Big bathroom with good shower. Reception staff were great especially the lady with fluent English.
