I guess it’s a part of being in the midst of the jungle, but there were a lot of small and big red ants. The swimming pool and breakfast area were covered with them. The swimming pool was a bit outdated, but clean nevertheless.

The location was perfect, directly next to the national park and located on the street with restaurants and bars. They offered a lot of tours and adjusted them to our needs, as we were traveling with young kids. They served nice breakfast options. The rooms were clean and had good mosquito nets.

The shower was not the greatest but what do you expect in the jungle so its ok

The staff is so incredibly nice. The host even brought us to the shuttle bus when we had to go to the airport. They really go the extra mile. Would recommend! We also booked a tour through the hotel and our private guide was Amazing!!! We learned to much about the jungle.

Everything was great.

The location is amazing, with the park literally on the door step. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are top notch. The pool is very clean. They propose tours as well. I will come back.

Great location, practically within the national park and a 5 min walk to the Main Street with restaurants and bars etc. We found the room very comfortable with a little seating area overlooking the river. The pool is great to cool down in. Mr A, the owner, is super friendly and helpful.

Service and check in was very slow when we arrived - my husband was sick so this was quite an annoyance. When we booked our onward travel through the hotel we were told the wrong time for our bus pick up, but the owner made good by speeding us to where they were in his car! Double check the time with him if you book!

We had a stone bungalow close to the pool which was lovely - basic and functional but traditional as you'd expect. Steps up to it. The place is in a great location - it has a short cut entrance directly on the street to the bars, restaurants and shops, but the other entrance is directly inside the park, so great for trekking too. The owner was really friendly and sorted our tickets and transport to Surat Thani. The jungle is beautiful there but make sure to get a moped and see outside of Khao Sok - the scenery is stunning. The pool is good to cool off - a little murky but we didnt get sick from it and I did see them cleaning it! Monkeys came and played around the bungalows - so lovely.

Everything was wonderful!

The tree top cabin was peaceful, quaint with a beautiful view of the river. We enjoyed the deck and daily breakfasts in the mornings by the river.

The pillows and bed could have been more comfortable and my hotel transfer bus was late (at no fault of the staff at the accommodation)

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they accommodated my girlfriend's dietary requirements very well. The location is perfect as it's right at the entrance to the national park and close to the strip of shops, bars, restaurants and on the riverfront. I didn't swim in the pool, but it looked clean just like the room, bathroom and restaurant were.

Absolutely nothing!!

The bungalows were fantastic, sitting on the terrace at night listening to the river & animals noises was brilliant. Everything was so tranquil & the staff were excellent. There are some great walks just outside of the resort where you can see monkeys up very close!

Next time we will stay for much longer!

Absolutely stunning, I wish we stayed longer! Beautiful room with everything that we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. Unfortunately had no time for the tours, but the waterfall hike is absolutely worth it. Breakfast was delicious and filling. We hope to be back soon!

There needs to be more sun loungers around the pool. The next two things are out of the hotel's control but they could source better tours / transport: - The tour we booked to Chiew Larn Lake through the hotel included a tour guide who slept during the 'animal sightseeing with evening atmosphere' portion of the trip. Safe to say we didn't see any wildlife. - The onward transport we booked to Ao Nang was disappointing. We got a third of the way there before having to turn back because the driver forgot two passengers in Khao Sok. A 3 hour journey turned into 5 1/2 hours.

Great location with Khao Sok National Park right on your doorstep and plenty of restaurant options available close by - great options for vegetarians too, would recommend NumNgern. Swimming pool was a bonus and a great way to spend the afternoon after getting back from a day trip. The breakfast and lunches on offer at Tree Tops were really good and great value for money. All staff were very friendly, including the cute grey cat that likes to hang with you when you're eating!

Pool needed a bit more cleaning.

Stunning location on the creek at the edge of the National Park. Beautiful villa, felt very private but still only a minute’s walk to town and restaurants. Staff were very helpful.

The bathrooms need a big upgrade (however looking at other hotels in the area, this seemed to be the standard).

Very friendly staff, they helped us book the tour and helped us arrange the bus to Surat Thani Airport. Location is great, right at the entrance of the National park (note:the tours at the lake are about 1h drive). The rooms had mosquito nets. Breakfast was decent; we missed some vegan options though. Side note: do not have any opened candy or snacks laying in the room or backpack, ants are going to come to it.
