The room was very small, but it had all the essentials. There was no room service and the check in desk was 4 or 5 properties away.

Great location on the beach. They reserved beach chairs for us each day. The breakfast was very simple. Good bread, butter, jam and banana.

This hotel is simply good - and has its place directly at the beach! Free beach towels & sunchairs, the room and bed were very comfortable too. Hot shower worked perfectly well. Check in is at the nearby restaurant, For check out just leave your key in your room and go. The steep stairs (mentioned here in quite a few reviews) were no challenge at all (for me). The restaurant does not open before 10,am but there sre many other breakfast optons around.. Free water, Pepsi, coffee and snacks in the room. The beach is brilliant for siun bathing and swimming!!. Perfect place to licl back and relax

Location, location, location! Our accommodations were a few footsteps from the sand beach. Lounge chairs were provided and staff were on hand to be sure they were reserved for guests. Coffee was on hand in the lobby each morning. The staff were helpful and friendly. An excellent choice.

The restaurant can be noisy but it closes at 10pm. There were no drawers or shelves for clothes in the room. The water in the sink and shower did not drain well.

OCEAN! A complete sense of life on the beach. The ocean is the first thing you see in the morning and you can hear it all day in your room.

All too cluttered and it’s more a restaurant rather than a place to stay for relaxing

It was all a bit like staying in staff accomodation with restaurant furniture stacked outside and being moved each morning and evening the room was ok but not very private and looking at a fence rather than the beach so it was ok but not the best place I ever stayed for the money

Walk from check in to accommodation and very informal check in environment made me question the legitimacy of the business. In the end worked out ok but not the best intro then having to walk to accommodation. I have been in cheaper local accommodation with as expected checking facilities

The room we had was far from the hotel lobby.

Very conviently located on the beach, the room was cute and comfortable. The staff is super nice, they even helped us figure out a miscommunication with the next part of our trip and called the agent for us.

The bed is way too hard even for Thailand. As the villa is situated right on the beach, I couldn’t sleep because of the waves beating along the shore due to the rainy day. The owner’s cafe opens at 10 am, so if you want to have breakfast earlier you would have to consider other options.

The proximity of the hotel to everything a tourist might need: cafes, shops, a drugstore. Their own cafe is one step away from the villa. Super friendly stuff is really helpful. Clean white towels and bed sheets are not that easily found in this lodging segment so we were pleasantly surprised having had it here.

The hot water heater in the shower ignited while my wife was in the shower. I put out the fire but could not find anyone to inform. There is never anyone in the downstairs lobby. No one answers the phone in the main building down the block. No one ever repsonds to the WhatsApp texts. Had to walk down the street to the other building to advise them. The pads for the outside beach lounges are left out every night. They are torn and covered in ants and a few small frogs. The beach is not cleaned, and u have to put out your own lounges and cushions. They need an attendant in the down stairs lobby/office all day to take care of these things and to answer the phones.

ACTUALLY AT SEAFRONT!!! Quierozista beautiful. Scenery, as you walk out Of the door, is magnificient! Room is stylished, CLEAN , in the middle Of everything. Air Con the best I have seen!! Wonderful thai restaurants AT THE BEACH in 5 meters!!! My love my place!!

A little noisy in the rooms until the restaurant closed, then very quiet.

Hotel was on beachside, with a nice restaurant on the beach itself. Good food and drink options, with a discount for hotel guests. Staff was very friendly and responsive.

The rubbish on the beach on the first day was a disappointment - not a criticism of the hotel. Depending on the tide and weather, the pollution on the beach seems to have good & bad days.

Nice hotel next to one of the most beautiful and not too crowded beaches of Phuket Island. Close to the airport but no noise from the air traffic can be heard. Friendly and helpful staff and a good restaurant attached. Really good choice for a holiday in Phuket.
