Lots of stairs to get to our room.

Great location… close to swim and snorkeling beach and shops. Clean and well appointed room with full size fridge. AC and room fan helped keep us cool. Breakfast good.

Those stairs man, hahaha. Everything else was so good it kills me but I want to make sure I'm totally transparent- we weren't even on the top floor and the stair hike was just savage for my overweight butt every time. If you are disabled or bringing elderly or any kind of less mobile family members, you should probably reconsider. Anyone whose not a fatty like me will be fine though!

Great place! Big shoutout to Nang who does front desk and restaurant duty, she's a real sweetheart and was super helpful, only spoke with owner(?) once but he seemed like a great guy. The service was top notch, food was good, room was awesome, location was perfect, a stone's throw from Kata Beach and a short walk from everything else cool in Kata. Just thrilled, wonderful stay! Would highly recommend! With one small caveat-

The room was very basic for the price, the shower was poor, room looked tired-chipped skirting boards and cheap furniture. The bed was not the best considering the price of my stay. I don’t feel this hotel represents a value for money stay in Kata Beach.

Bathroom was a little tatty in some respect needed some tlc and some silicone round the sink but was clean and didn’t cause any major problems.

Minor things but I think would help a lot. I think the room needed white transparent curtains to attain some privacy while getting some lights in. The room was in a passage way so it needs that. Also water pressure could be better but wasn’t horrible.

Location was great, very central and in a nice area. 2 mins from the beach. Staff were super nice and the restaurant downstairs had decent food and live music which was lovely! Thanks for the great service!

-very noisy hotel: every morning we woke up at 5 AM because the hotel neighbour has roosters (chicken) that sing without pause from 5 AM to 8 AM. We asked kindly the hotel manager to help, but he was arrogant and ironic and said roosters are pets and we should get used to it, did not even bother to say sorry... and here we thought on holiday we can sleep longer than usually -building under construction next to the hotel -traffic noise from the street can be easily heard -breakfast offers only 6 options and sometimes there are only 4-3 available.

-live music, fabulous music, every night at the downstairs restaurant -close to the beach -big room with nice view -clean beach towels everyday and two bottles of water -restaurant staff and cleaning ladies very nice

The shower could have more pressure, and the shower handle needed a change. The sink was slightly clogged. Nothing terrible.

The location is great, in vicinity of everything in Kata, and 3 minutes from the beach. The view from the balcony is nice. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast is very good! And the personnel very kind - they also provided takeaway breakfast the evening before we left because our flight was too early for normal breakfast, and we didn't even ask for it. We didn't mind the 4 staircases needed to reach our room, but someone with reduced mobility would.

What could be improved is that the shower could be a bit refreshed and the breakfast was a bit too simple (not much variety, not many fruits etc.)

The hotel is very simple but comfortable, the room has everything needed though everything is very simple, overall it was pleasant to stay in the hotel especially because of people who work there. It doesn't work for people who can't walk upstairs as all the floors are several levels up, no lift. The location is close to the sea, a bit away from the lively area of Kata, people who work in the hotel are all great. overall, it seems like it's the hotel that has the minimum pack of everything to feel comfortable

Shower water was always cold, it would be better if they could check if all the facilities are working fine before checking in the guests since there is no intercom from the room. Room lights were not working, in the evenings we had to manage with the bed lamps. There is construction happening right next to this inn so there is loud sound and can't enjoy the balcony time. I do understand this has nothing to do with the property.

Location of the stay is good and the morning breakfast spread is decent. View from the room is excellent and this inn is very close to the beach.

Location was great, minutes away to the beach on foot. Staff were generally friendly and hospitable - offered to pack us breakfast when we had to catch an early morning flight.

The steps were a bit slippery especially when wet, we almost slipped a few times but otherwise everything else about our stay was excellent!
