The whole room smelled moldy due to the bathroom being covered in mold. We asked for a new room, since I was already a bit sick and did not want to sleep in the moldy room. They could not provide us with a new room but cleaned some of the mold which helped a little bit. I think they were aware of the mold in that room but don’t care to do anything about it.

It was in a student living type facility but was very clean and for the price it was worth the stay. Lots of shops & restaurants close but had a walk a bit into the main strip. Would stay again

The shower heater kept switching off and there was no hot water.

The room was big, the air con was working well. It had a spacious balcony. There was a plenty of parking for the scooters and cars. We could leave our back packs for the whole afternoon in the reception area.

Good location and comfortable bed on the second floor while the first floor has Netflix but not comfortable beds. I room is spacious and it is located in the University in Chaweang which is a good spot

Everything was good , localisation, big spacious room , the only thing missing were curtains to split beds and get some privacy, which was in other shared rooms iv been. Other than that , everything was excellent.

The staff were amazing, I needed to go to the pharmacy and they took me, and anything we needed they were happy to help. Slightly out of chaweng if you wanted to be more in the centre but for us it was perfect. Super comfy bed and massive room! Would return!

It’s not the best location in Koh Samui

The property isn’t the nicest, but it worth the money, and the staff were very nice.

The cleaning of the room during our stay was not good. We had to ask several times to get it cleaned, and then multiple times again to get it cleaned properly.

Very large nice room, with a lot of space and balcony. Perfect for a long stay and felt like home. Good location (away from the craziness and loud music but still restaurant and bar options close by).

1. As soon as I got into the room there was a very very strong musty smell. I had to go to the reception 3 times and ask the staff to find a solution for it and finally after the 3rd time someone went there to clean it and the smell got a bit more bearable. 2. I stayed in the hotel from 11/02 until 21/02 and my room was only cleaned 3 times and always after I had to go either to the reception or directly to the cleaners to ask them to go to my room for cleaning and also to put more toilet roll (since they only put one roll per time). 3. In my second day at the hotel the card showing the cleaning/do not disturb request disappeared from my room door and was never replaced by the staff. 4. The walk between the front gate to the entrance of the hotel is very dark (there isn’t any sort of lighting), which can be dangerous to walk after gets dark because the ground is uneven and full of roles in the concrete. 5. The wifi is very unstable and disconnects after a short period of time. To connect again you always need too type the login credentials and password. 6. During check in the receptionist could’ve given me the paper with the wifi credentials but she didn’t, so I had to go back there the next day to ask for it because I wasn’t able to use the wifi.

The room was huge and the ac worked great.

Taxis could not find location of hotel. WiFi would not stay signed in & needed to log in to WiFi every few hours.

Rent motorbike, was in accident and had to pay 30.000 baht for repar, too much according to many people I ask. They scammed me. So do NOT rent bike through hotel. Otherwise good

Slightly further out of main area (20min walk). No problem if you have a bike.

Twin room was very spacious and beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was good and shower is hot. Has everything you need for a short stay.
