The free hotel Wi-Fi didn't connect in all the bedrooms.

All staff were excellent, the breakfast had a small selection but was very tasty and fresh. The room was clean, housekeeping was really thorough daily. The gym is a good size and the pool was great.

Not really anything to be honest - the building itself needs some maintenance and they can modernize and update some of the decor and the rooms in general, but that is a minor point. Breakfast area could be more spacious as it gets very congested at certain times only and the selection of western options could be expanded.

Loved the location, environment and proximity to many things I adore about Bangkok - this area is upmarket, trendy and close to everything that matters especially during the festive season. The room is spacious and has smart TV, comfortable bed and decent shower with great balcony and adequate sitting and dining areas. Breakfast was pleasant and the pool is lovely with panoramic views of the surrounding areas on the 33rd floor - the changing rooms and shower area next to pool is also excellent. The Hotel also made a special effort to be festive ready and the decorations and lights were delightful and beautiful. The overall vibe is great at this friendly Hotel with staff always ready to help and provide assistance and a smile.

The breakfast was not as expected. No dark bread, no salmon or similar. Very bad coffee.

Much of the furniture, appliances and facilities were worn down, the refrigerator leaked, the gym was aged and the towels were……wow, beat and gross.

Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast - staff preparing cooked eggs was especially excellent & very patient with demanding guests but he does require a new frying pan as the eggs were sticking badly. Would be nice to see a greater variety of fruit & ‘Greek’ yoghurt instead of ‘sugary’ plain

A few small things, but worth noting. - aircon is frustratingly either too cold or too hot - you're not allowed to smoke on the balcony - The wifi disconnects constantly and then you have to enter the login data every time.

Staff are super lovely and the location is great - far enough from Sukhumvit that it's quiet, but just a 10-min walk to BTS. The rooftop pool is really nice too.

The only thing we did not like was the toilet seat. It was very small and not comfortable to sit in.

We stayed in a 2bedroom apartment, everything was nice. things were good. The hotel and reception people were courteous and very nice. We checked in early and checked out late. It was all well managed. Good value for money. A nice family hotel. The staff at the gate were really helpful and always smiling. Also we would like to thank the hotel and staff for the wheelchair provided to us, which we took to safari world. Saved us 500bht. Definitely recommend.

The long walk to and from chit lom station - at least 15-20mins to get to chit lom platform. Taking a grab ride wouldn't have helped given the notorious Bangkok traffic. Bangkok not exactly a walkable city given the humidity and heat.

The facilities and the rooms within the apartment were good. Housekeeping was good - rooms cleaned and drinking water replenished daily. Never got the chance to use the pool and the gym. Just too tired from walking to and fro the nearest BTS station - chit lom. Wish it was closer to say, mercury ville then the walk wouldn't have been so long (and hot during the day time).

Very good value, large sized rooms, good facilities and excellent location. Great choice for long-stay. Double balcony was a nice feature.

I only booked for one night after our flight was canceled and it's a shame we didn't have more nights there. We slept in an apartment, spacious, beautiful and clean, it really feels like home. The staff was lovely, the location is amazing right in the center and close to all the malls and the train. Totally a place worth the price

The room unfortunately had been smoked in before and the smell stayed, I understand that the hotel isn't at fault but someone with allergies may find that to be a problems so double check the smell of the rooms before booking someone that is looking for a non-smoking room.

Large room with a living room and desk set up which was nice. The property is in a great location being walking distance to centralworld mall and other shopping/ food options. Not to mention room service that I found affordable but still of good quality with options for all diets.

Upon check-in, I was given the wrong room. Simple mistake, I know, but was pretty annoying to receive a knock on my door soon after unpacking all my things, to be told I had to pack everything back up and move!

Very spacious apartment-size rooms, with large living room and kitchen areas. Good size balconies and comfortable bedrooms with en suites. Breakfast buffet was solid, providing a very good variety of food options. Location is excellent, including a short walk to the BTS.

The higher floor was very nice to see the view ofthecity. Because of late check-in, I got not the highest floor. I like it anyway..
