Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

This is my 2nd stay at Urbana Langsuan and there will be 3rd, 4th and more !! My family & friends love the location and neighborhood. Urbana Langsuan is easily accessible by foot from Chidlom BTS, Lumphini park, Central Embassy, Central World and Gayson Village. The staffs are friendly as always. On the days you choose to stay in, the gym and pool on top floor will be a good place to chill ;).

Aircond was a bit too cold at night (difficult to adjust, old setting system), but it gets warm during the day. Otherwise nothing much i would be upset about.
Definitely exceeded my expectations. I thought the place will be small but its so spacious for my family. Loved the city view at night. The facilities (kitchen, dining room, tv, bathrooms) were all great. Didnt try the breakfast though, but we were told by the staff it was halal (definitely a bonus for muslim travellers!) I cant wait to come back to Bangkok and stay here again.

Property was roomy, clean and well located. Furnishings were a little dated and the kitchen cabinets were well worn but it was workable for the value. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The water in our shower was little chilly though not completely cold. It was somehow okay given how hot it was outside, thus we never really got the time to ask whether it can be fixed.
It is a nice hotel, although little worn out but nevertheless clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy and the breakfast was simply amazing. There is also a kids play room that comes in handy if travelling with kids.

breakfast - the varieties were not much room - the lights were dark, the A/C was noisy, and old. The mattress was not good for comfort. gym - if you use to run, or cycling, there are plenty of them, but other equipments are rare there.
breakfast was ok, I think it's good for it value. It's like a small boutique breakfast, there are not so much tables, but never busy. location - I think it's nice location, next time we would try to find near shopping malls, but seems it's one of the best for it value, also to big shopping mall, it only 15 mins of walking, so it's nice. But when we made about 18-22k steps per day, the last 15 mins were bit tired, so why I'm telling that if nearer shopping malls would be better. So I paid about 600usd+ for 2 bedrooms for 4 nights, I booked just before 1 day of my stay, so I'm ok with this hotel. Next time, I may try to find other, but I could recommend others. The staff was nice.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was great for our family of four. Lots of room and 2 bedrooms. The washing machine was really handy when you’re travelling. Staff are really friendly and a quiet location. Good choice of breakfast

Quiet location and BTS is a 10 min walk away. Spacious room and staff are really friendly. Nice breakfast. Only thing missing is a bar. Also if you want dinner last orders are 7.30 which is quite early

WIFI was terrible. Luckily bought E-sim for this trip.
Worth the price! Room is spacious. Everything was available in the room such as washing machines and ironing board.

Breakfast could be better, we only went for breakfast the first day and skipped it the other 3 days
The apartments were lovely, very spacious and had all the essentials, like an iron and ironing board, the kitchen had crockery and cutlery for daily use. Cleaning service daily, the only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast.. could have been better stocked with greater variety..

2 bedroom apartment was awesome. It has a washer/dryer, cooker hob, full sized fridge and utensils. 7-eleven nearby and close to doria spa.
