Bedrooms are a bit dark.

Great location and views from pool and room. Very friendly staff. Good size rooms/ apartment and comfy beds. Breakfast has varied choices catering for all tastes.

Some areas were looking a bit tired from wear and tear, though generally they were clean and in working order.

The room size is very good, more like a serviced apartment style. The location is excellent, a short walk to the BTS, shops and other facilities. The restaurant cafe food was good and inexpensive.

The facilities used to be better, with washing machines at every room. The kitchenette used to be well-stocked. The staff used to be pretty amazing, the only great ones left are the doormen, especially Mitch. I’ve stayed over 3 months in this hotel for the past 9 months and unfortunately, I have to reconsider future bookings.

I’ve always liked staying at Urbana Langsuan—the location is central but in a quiet neighborhood.

It was a little bit of a walk to the nearest train station.

Rooms were quite nice with a balcony and nice view of the city. Good choice of European, Asian and Halal breakfast. Staff was very friendly.

The lighting is way too weak that the room is pretty dark even all the lights on during sunny morning. Flushing is a bit weak. The rubbish bin was broken and only given inside the bathroom (Just one at the kitchen) No toothbrush nor toothpaste were provided. Shower gel is so-so. During the 4-days stay, one of the cleaning staff had relatively worse performance. Some water spilled just right in front of the bathroom and wet my personal belongings, didn’t refill the toilet paper and bottle water for us, just put the dirty towels back on the rack and pretended the new ones were refilled. Though he is very polite.

The location is perfect , its near to nana road with so many restaurants options The staff are super friendly and helpful They have various suits options for families And the kitchen has everything you need.

Our group consisted of elderly,so to go out to main road walking was an issue,ended up taking taxi or tuk tuk. Wifi in the master bedroom was non existence . Apartment was Quite dark as they use orange light, I think they should change to white light instead.

It was clean and well maintained,staff was friendly and accommodating.initially got the premium room which is not the one I saw & decided to booked in Urbana. I request for a change as the 1st premium room wasn't the one I saw & paid for . Manage to change w a breeze the next day.

Dated but very well maintained , value for money

Excellent location. 5 min walk to nearest BTS station(Chitlom). 15 min walk through skywalk to Siam. Friendly staff, efficient check in and check out process

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 chiödren. Appartment was great, it had everything we needed. The rooms were big, beds were comfortable. The pool was amazing it was almost always very empty my kids had lots of fun. The views from the pool were amazing as it is in the 33rd floor. Stuff was nice and helpful. We only had breakfast once and it was very good. Restaurant was also good and tasty. The location is perfect, 5-7 min from the BTS. The only very minor thing was the kitchen furniture was a little old but this is very minor. All in all we had a great stay, and will happily book it again.

Look, having stayed here a few times, the rooms are very clean but they really look Tired and marked.

Location and ease to Sky Train and for getting around Bangkok. Staying on the Sky Train means you don’t get stuck in traffic.
