Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SingaporeThe hotel WiFi is weak. Even using my own data in the hotel is not as smooth. The inhouse channels are limited and kind of boring to watch for six nights stay. Suggestion : Netflix or Disneyplus channels.
The price, the location and how spacious the room is. And staff from reservation, front desk, concierge and room service exceeded my expectation.

Saudi Arabia- The internet was bad, no signals at all in rooms. - every time you get out of the connection and want to reconnect you need to put the username and password. - You get one water for each per day rest you need to pay. - When you check in they will ask you for 2000BHT as deposit that they will give you back once you check out.
- Breakfast was nice. - stuff where helpful. - Hotel is known for all Taxies. - 10 to 15 min walk from the nice malls and areas.

IndonesiaHotel itself is a bit old. We changed our room from 1br to 2br at the top. And 2br is amazing.
Best location in Bangkok ever. We tried so many places before, and this street is the best one. Vella village is nearby where you get one of the best supermarkets in Bangkok and plenty of cafes and coffee shops. View from the pool is one million dollar view.

MalaysiaBreakfast choice due to I am vegetarian but staff is helpful to prepare separately. Others are very good, staff friendly and helpful. Air-conditional can be improved, as sometime it goes really cold and sometime is hot even we did not make changes to the controller.
The room is great and comfy, plus they able to let us check in earlier due to early arrival to the hotel upon room availability. Our group is eating vegetarian, the selected breakfast on vegetarian is limited but I did mentioned to the staff. They are kind and friendly by asking Kitchen to prepare separately vegetarian food for us. Location of the hotel is great nearby with mall and grocery stores plus massage place is around the corner too. Is located in city center and great spot to stay

United StatesThe small hallways need painting. Some furniture in our room was chipped and there weren’t enough kitchen items if you want to cook. Room service was missed a few days but they quickly responded if I needed something specific (water,toilet paper)
We had a one room suite with a comfortable bed and a kitchen and a balcony. There’s a pretty pool on the 33rd floor. Breakfast had a good vegetarian options which I appreciated. Staff were always polite.
