The internet was a downer for me. It was super slow and you basically could not do anything with it. If it wasn't for that I would have considered another stay. The TV channels were also few and the quality was terrible. There was too much noise and pretty much trying to watch anything there was a waste of time.

The hotel was good and had amazing service. I would classify the hotel as an old 5-star hotel. Everything was well put together and the stay was comfortable. The cleaning was done daily and the views were amazing.

The day we checked out the hotel wanted to charge us for spilling a cup of tea on a towel in our room. I explained that it was not a stain and should be washed anyway as we leaving the hotel but they still wanted to charge us for washing it.

There is no warm shower for me all my stays. I informed hotell that the hot shower is out of order but nothing fixed.

Wifi at my room is every slow. I can use email, Facebook, Youtube sometimes, too slow for Zoom and google meet. I used hotel meeting room at the ground floor for my Zoom meeting. It is not private sometime I have to share the room with other hotel guests.

There are no food for this area. But you can go 7-11 or order from food delivery. I dont have any issue about this. Just for your information.

Big room, nice view, Good location, comfortable, room well clean, value all coin as your spend, i stay here for 9 night. I can say my next trip i will re-book for Urbana Langsuan.

Many things throughout the hotel are broken or wear and tear. Old fashioned. Needs upgrading.

Great location for my purpose in Bangkok. Had to visit Dutch Embassy which is at walking distance. Large shopping malls and bts very close by. Bed was comfortable ! I moved around the room a bit as the tv was not opposite of the bed. Toom had a small kitchen which i didnt need

During our stay at the hotel in March 2025, we unfortunately got bitten from bed bugs in the hotel room. We discovered a live bed bug in the bed, which significantly disrupted our sleep at 2am. We were moved to another room the next day and we inspected all of our belongings to ensure that we did not unknowingly bring any bed bugs home, given the seriousness of the infestation. The bites were both painful and extremely itchy, and it took several weeks for the marks to fade completely. Disappointing that the hotel did not offer any compensation for the distress caused by this experience. As a result, I will not be returning to this hotel in the future due to the bed bugs.

I was upset that we booked the place on the day /day before and then when we turned up they said they didn’t have double bed for us even though that’s what we booked online. They were going to give us a twin room and eventually after asking gave us the option to upgrade at a cost. We said that would be unfair and then we got it for free. However didn’t feel like it was much of an upgrade. No views and very dated. I also booked this place because of the roof top pool but they had shut it. So I’m very disappointed as other places were a lot cheaper and still nice but I paid extra because of the pool. We booked on the day/before they could have made it be known at the time and we would not have booked this place.

The property was dated and I feel the pictures of the place make it look a lot nicer. I feel it’s over priced for the place.

The facility was superb save for swimmijg facility which was undergoing repairs but the hotel facilitated to still enjoy swimming at the nearby urbana Sathorn

The rooms are old and tired, the staff was not very friendly, apart from the door man.

Great location, easy to get to sky train and shopping area. getting to Langsuan does take time getting through traffic.
